We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

The apartment was perfect for four adults. Great location, well equipped, modern and nice apartment. Nice and clean with very good beds. Cheerful host who provided good and helpful local recommendations. We would gladly came back!

Probably one of the best choices to stay in Val d’Orcia. Quite and picturesque village, smack in the middle of things - really good location. The house is clean, pleasant and has everything you need. The host - Giuseppe - is friendly and helpful. Will come back for sure!

Beatrice and her husband Alessandro were hospitable and super kind to let us check in early. We stayed in three families with two children each...from 5 years to 3 months! We couldn't choose a better place for the convenience of having the beach literally 20 meters from the house. Beautiful free beach and divine water, in the middle of two bathing establishments. Huge bedrooms. The outdoor spot with the kids was super helpful. A few utensils in the kitchen to add (vegetable peel - salad centrifuge) but in general well-stocked. Host very ready to give us information about places in the area, responsive and family friendly! Thank you from all of us!

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Great very modern, clean and newly renovated apartment. The location is very central and you can walk to everything in Castiglione. We particularly liked the two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, which always kept the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped as there are not so many dishes, spices, or an espresso cooker (only capsule coffee maker). Of course, this is also due to the fact that the apartment would not be booked as often yet. Although the apartment is located in a quiet side street, you can still hear a lot of the main street and the restaurants despite the closed windows. But if you don't have a light sleep, that won't bother you. Elsa was a very kind and helpful host. We were also particularly pleased with their tips and recommendations on the restaurants and bars. We would book the accommodation again at any time.

We were greeted by Lorella and it was fantastic. She showed great flexibility and availability towards me and my sister. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable night. Parking is also easy to find.

Alessandro was immediately very helpful and always responded in a short time, and was very nice in meeting every express need 😊 The location of the house is great as it is convenient to several points of interest and has bars/shops/pharmacy/oven nearby The house is equipped with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bedroom. We have often used the kitchen since we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the air conditioning We are fully satisfied with this stay and will definitely be happy to come back !

Great place! Better than the photos. We felt very comfortable as a couple with a child and a dog. Quietly located, so we could even spend the New Year's Eve undisturbed as desired. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do. The landlords have already heated the apartment, so we were immediately able to move into a pleasantly tempered accommodation. The bed is wide and incredibly comfortable! Also the shower is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Quiet, stress free and comfortable stay. All our needs were met. Very well equipped kitchen. An exceptionally spacious apartment including the main bathroom. Tastefully decorated just like the photos. Clean, uncluttered and bright. Our host was super. Met us on checkin and gave us a detailed tour. We had a small issue and was solved immediately. Very willing to accommodate in any way. A lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Perfect stay. Considering it was mid-June, an absolutely quiet residence. Knowing the area very well, I had chosen this accommodation due to its proximity to the station, which is absolutely a point of merit. Fresh house and very enjoyable outdoor space. As for mosquitoes, just use the precaution to close mosquito nets and doors. Mrs. Sabrina and her husband, guardians inside the property, are available to assist you at check-in and if needed.

Wonderful stay! Surrounded by countryside greenery. Dogs and cats are so sweet. The house is a 10-minute drive from Pitigliano. Vittorio was a fantastic host right away both for the flexibility in check-in time and recommending great places to dine and have breakfast. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a relaxed weekend!
