The apartment was perfect for four adults. Great location, well equipped, modern and nice apartment. Nice and clean with very good beds. Cheerful host who provided good and helpful local recommendations. We would gladly came back!

Probably one of the best choices to stay in Val d’Orcia. Quite and picturesque village, smack in the middle of things - really good location. The house is clean, pleasant and has everything you need. The host - Giuseppe - is friendly and helpful. Will come back for sure!

Beatrice and her husband Alessandro were hospitable and super kind to let us check in early. We stayed in three families with two children each...from 5 years to 3 months! We couldn't choose a better place for the convenience of having the beach literally 20 meters from the house. Beautiful free beach and divine water, in the middle of two bathing establishments. Huge bedrooms. The outdoor spot with the kids was super helpful. A few utensils in the kitchen to add (vegetable peel - salad centrifuge) but in general well-stocked. Host very ready to give us information about places in the area, responsive and family friendly! Thank you from all of us!

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Great very modern, clean and newly renovated apartment. The location is very central and you can walk to everything in Castiglione. We particularly liked the two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, which always kept the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped as there are not so many dishes, spices, or an espresso cooker (only capsule coffee maker). Of course, this is also due to the fact that the apartment would not be booked as often yet. Although the apartment is located in a quiet side street, you can still hear a lot of the main street and the restaurants despite the closed windows. But if you don't have a light sleep, that won't bother you. Elsa was a very kind and helpful host. We were also particularly pleased with their tips and recommendations on the restaurants and bars. We would book the accommodation again at any time.

My partner and I had a great time! The place is cozy, full of art, clean and tidy, as well as equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. A nice treat to be able to relax on the couch at the end of the day watching TV:) Also a lot of kindness and availability from the host and his mom. The location is super convenient to explore the surroundings of Grosseto on the coast or inland. Thanks again! ✨

Great place! Better than the photos. We felt very comfortable as a couple with a child and a dog. Quietly located, so we could even spend the New Year's Eve undisturbed as desired. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do. The landlords have already heated the apartment, so we were immediately able to move into a pleasantly tempered accommodation. The bed is wide and incredibly comfortable! Also the shower is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Thank you for having us. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is great for exploring nearby cities in Tuscany and visiting vineyards. Also, the small village has a couple of nice restaurants. The only (small) downside to the flat was that there was not really a place to sit and eat outside. It was quite dark inside so we always took our plates and ate at a nearby Picknick spot - which had a nice view over the Tuscan hills.

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Our stay with Riccardo and his family was outstanding. We were very kindly welcomed by Riccardo on the beautiful property surrounded by a large well-kept garden with pine trees and olive plantations. Thank you for the delicious cake :) The apartment is very clean, there is everything you need and it is lovingly furnished. Riccardo gave us great tips for excursions. The place is well suited to explore Tuscany in all directions and also to spend a day on the beach. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The apartment is very welcoming, very well-furnished and equipped . It is very spacious and also has a comfortable outdoor space (we didn't use it given the period, but in spring/summer it can be comfortable). The area is perfect, 10 min walk from the city center (3 min by car). Eleonora was very helpful in everything, including accepting our dog. It was a pleasure to stay in your apartment. Absolutely highly recommended.

Guilia’s apartment is an absolute gem in a beautiful location. We had a comfortable stay and were able to make the most of the kitchen and the outdoor bbq, as well as enjoy the fantastic swimming pool. The location is so peaceful with gorgeous scenic views of the surrounding countryside, and there is lot’s to explore in the area including the hot springs and some brilliant location restaurants. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Staying at Piero's was a great experience, he and his wife were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They welcomed us with some breakfast products and the house was stocked with basic products such as sugar coffee salt, etc. Great restaurant tips. The adequate and spacious outdoor spaces with every possible supply, the interiors are fresh and with mosquito nets on the windows. In front of the house is a winery with great wine and a small shop with fresh and basic products. We highly recommend staying here, we hope to be able to come back.

The accommodation fully met our expectations. It is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything you need. We also greatly appreciated that his washing machine could use. The car can be parked well and safely at any time. Stefano is a very nice host and if you have any questions or concerns you will receive an answer within a short time.
