Beachfront vacation rentals in Monte Argentario

A lovely, unique place to stay. Nice outside area with a table and chairs. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Washing machine was very handy. There are some marvelous views of the sea just a few steps to the right when you exit the apt. The town of Castiglione Della Pescaia, is beautiful. Very well kept with many great restaurants. The food was great at every restaurant we tried. Lots of restaurants down at beach level. If you have a car, it's not far to some other towns in Tuscany, such as Sienna, Pienza, etc. Rosalia's place is located high above the main street of the town. We're 76 and 74 respectively and while we're not super fit, we managed quite well with the walk up from the town. But if you have any mobility issues, Rosalia's place is not for you. Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

We have here our autumn holiday and in one word it was simply perfect. Apartement is kids friendly - eating chair, kids desk, toys, spoons etc. We definitly come back. Such a beautiful and peaceful place! Thank you Consuelo for your hospitality❤️

House just a short walk from the sea and all the amenities. The host was very helpful and kind both during the welcome and during the stay. There is a parking space inside the garden, so there are no problems in the months of maximum attendance of tourists. Absolutely recommended for those who love the sea and comfort

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful week at Giulia's apartment. The apartment is located in a separate complex, to which only guests and owners of the houses there have access. The apartment is in a great location, including Sea view and a large, partly covered, terrace. Giulia's apartment is a good fit for 2-3 people and is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The apartment is very clean, with the check-in and check-out everything worked smoothly. Particularly worthy of mention is the access to the sea, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and which you share with the other guests of the complex. The nearest town - Porto St. Stefano can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Giulia is a great host who responds very quickly to all inquiries and takes care of the well-being of her guests - all wonderful. We can recommend Giulia's apartment for anyone who wants to spend quiet days by the sea in a wonderful place away from mass tourism. We will be happy to come back - Grazie mille!!

We stayed for 6 nights in September with our two daughters. The apartment is simple but has everything you need and the views from the balcony are spectacular. Porto Santo Stefano is a lovely little harbour with bars and restaurants. A short drive to some fantastic beaches and we rented a boat for the day which was amazing. Be prepared for a very steep walk up and down to the apartment, but it is well worth it.

I stayed with my family. The tent is located inside the campsite Le Marze. The place is especially for families, the pine forest is very nice and there is shade for almost all day. Inside the tent there are dishes, pots for cooking, there is also a fridge. Next to the tent there is a stove and a coffee table. The beds are super comfortable!

really nice apartment with access directly to the beach, not easy to get around during the evening if you want to visit some ports but it is worth it for the beautiful sea

Great stay ! The place is very well looked after and well equipped. the location is great for a family holiday. Barbara is really friendly, always available and swift in responding. All in all highly recommended. We had a great time !

I would really recommend this place. It is right near the beach m, where there are excellent restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the beautiful port and medieval village. Patrizia and her mum are super-friendly and helpful

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

It was a great week in Marina di Grosetto, the apartment was very spacious, and the location on the beach was great. It was extremely nice that we were allowed to use the stable umbrella and the landlords' loungers. The restaurants and the recommendations of the landlords helped us quickly find our way around. Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.
