Aurélien was very professional, extremely proactive and responsive. He is a great concierge who has an eye to detail and is extremely sincere, which is rare these days. We will come back to its concierge, with our eyes closed in the future.

Our stay at Yana and Olivier's house was wonderful - a perfect choice for spring: The house and amenities correspond 100% to the pictures and are great for a larger family or friends. We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area, but thanks to the huge living area and the great foosball table, we were also able to spend a few days with bad weather. The location of the house is extremely private and safe, but restaurants or the beach are very close and easily accessible. The hosts are very helpful and courteous and always easily accessible. We were able to arrive flexibly in time and were welcomed in a very friendly manner and instructed in the house. The most important information is always available on site, which is also very convenient. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

This is a great house - spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Pros: - Well-equipped kitchen, including a few basic condiments, tea and coffee. There is a dishwasher too. That was great! - Clear access instructions and good communication from the host on that end. - Gorgeous pool. They could not heat it before our arrival but made sure to notify us ahead of time. - a couple functional bikes with a pump and some spare locks. All adult size and in rather good condition. - Streaming platforms available on the TVs. Cons: - There is no information about glass disposal in the house manual - you need to take it to a communal glass bin near the market, so you just need to plan for that. - The hosts had forgotten to leave basic cleaning supplies in the kitchen, like dish soap, sponges and bin bags. I had to buy them and the hosts would only reimburse €1.09, the purported value of their missing “cleaning kit”, a tenth of what I paid. I expected better on that end to be honest.

Carole's house is very comfortable and spacious ( more than in the photos!). It's new which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Air-conditioned (cladding so silent), plenty of storage, mostly new furniture. Impeccable cleanliness. Responsive and cordial host. The exteriors are highlighted, however we deplore the small opposite (it would be missing just 1.50 m of breeze seen) with the owners' terrace from the pool... The pool is perfectly entrenched and of sufficient size to have fun and cool off. Quiet environment, close to a forest, with the exception of sound disturbances by terraced houses under construction when you are outside. As for the situation, take into account rurality and the fact that you have to drive 15 minutes before finding a supermarket, a bakery. However, Vendemian remains central for visiting the cities or the hinterland. Thank you for a great vacation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very good stay, excellent hosting. Flawless accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside is that it's near a cooperative and bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners are not to blame.

After a lovely stay two years ago, we rebooked this property again with no hesitation for our next family holiday in the area. The house is well laid out with air conditioning throughout which kept us cool during some high temperatures. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, and we were happy just being by the pool all day. I also appreciated that the hosts let me know we could check in early on arrival day if needed, before I even had to ask. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Very nice house for spending stays with friends and family. The 2 cottages are pleasant and kitchen well equipped. The pool is lovely as well as the exteriors. Thanks again to Patricia for her responsiveness and availability

Marc and Isabelle's vacation home exceeded our expectations! It was very comfortably furnished, especially the pool was used by our children every day! The annex (bedroom+bathroom) separated from the main house was a highlight for the eldest! Isabelle and Marc were very hospitable and gave valuable tips on the surroundings/excursion destinations/restaurants etc.! We would rent the house again at any time and can recommend it in the best conscience!

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

Impeccable accommodation nothing to say comfortable bed, superb kitchen, very well-equipped. It made the sea ugly, a 3-minute walk away!

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

We had a great weekend with friends with 3 families with children and babies, very spacious house with all the useful amenities. Sarah is an ultra friendly and accommodating owner, we have already planned to come back!

We were able to enjoy this beautiful villa for a weekend, a peaceful environment and a house with all the necessary services. The exchange with the host was perfect.

Spectacular view towards west, from both the terrace and the large main living area. The pool was heated and warm enough for children to spend time. The main house consists of one bedroom upstairs with a double bed, with a sink and shower (not a separate room). The ground floor consists of a separate sleeping alcove (there is no door) with a double bed, there is a bathroom with two sinks and a shower, and one separate small toilet with sink, in addition to the large open living area and the functional kitchen. There is a separate room with washer / dryer. There is plenty of closet space. (There is a baby cot and high chair). Underneath the main house accessible via an outdoor pathway through the garden is a private studio with sofa /futon bed, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen area. Auto translation of the French doesn’t clearly capture the nuances of the actual layout and facilities of this lovely property. I hope the above will be helpful.

We had a great time, the house was very nice. Too bad the good weather didn't show up, we'll come back to enjoy the great outdoor space.

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

An absolutely beautiful place. Everything you could want really. Allison and Allan were excellent hosts and we simply had fantastic time. Huge recommend. Will be returning whenever we get the chance. Pure relaxation.

New house with great design, at the foot of the Tramway allowing you to reach the city center of Montpellier or the exhibition park very quickly. Very easy communication with Ludovic. It was perfect! Real plus with the foosball table ;-)!

Great stay at a lovely villa

A very pleasant stay. The villa is as described with some very nice extra surprises. Ideally located 15 minutes' walk from the beach - very quiet area. The pool was great - the interior of the accommodation is clean and as described (a little bit of dishes are missing but nothing dramatic - not too much wifi in the house but that's the point of the vacation). Finally, a quick note for Caroline who was welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it.
