You can book without a second thought.

We had a lovely stay, it's a place I'm missing absolutely nothing. There is everything you need to have a great time, a responsive and extremely helpful welcome.

We really enjoyed the place. A quiet place, everything was clean, great hospitality and responsiveness from our really efficient host whenever we needed anything. I would recommend it in a second.

It was a perfect stay. Excellent hosting. The studio was very clean. The bathroom is fine. Jean-Paul had turned on the heater before my arrival (mid-January, negative temperature) so it was very pleasant. An aperitif dinner was even organized with the neighbors who shared the same passion as me. Having the car in the garden as well as a set of keys allows us to be serene and make our lives as we see fit. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's place! The house was even better than in the photos: clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, both quiet and close to amenities. Julie was an exceptional host, very responsive and attentive, always ready to answer our questions or give us local recommendations. She had even thought of small touches when we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and hot tub. I rented this apartment for my 2 employees , they were delighted with their stay , the host is very welcoming and very available . The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped . I highly recommend this place and we will come back .

We have just returned from our week of vacation and what to say...we are almost sad to have returned home ahaha! The cottage is very nice and perfect for a stay with the family. We were able to fully enjoy the pool of the residence, the terrace and the air conditioning. Since the accommodation is very well-equipped, we did not miss anything. We really had a great week, I would definitely recommend her place. It's a real favorite, we'll be back for some.

Pleasant stay with the possibility of swimming, in the middle of December, in the small pool totally private and heated to 35° C (usable with or without the hot tub mode) For a family of 3 or 4 , it must be a little small but as a couple, that's great. A real cozy little nest. Good location 20 minutes by car from Beziers and 15 minutes from the sea (Valras Plage) Not given but it's the luxury price and the promises of the listing are kept. I recommend it, especially for a romantic escape.

Babeth is a lovely host, always ready to be of service, very accommodating and very discreet. Even living above, she was able to make us feel comfortable and respect our privacy. His kindness exceeded our expectations. The house is very quiet, not very large but comfortable and very well-equipped. Very pleasant to live in for a short stay. Ideal apartment for a quiet stay very close to the sea, suitable for all ages. Contains the essentials for several weeks of vacation without forgetting the swimming pool and a large park with lots of games as well as the presence of horses in the morning. Charming and full of life with the farm animals, relaxing, reassuring with the caring presence of hosts and the sea on foot, what more could you ask for?

We spent two superb days at Laura's house. It is very cozy, very nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable beds! It has a lot of light and very well equipped. We will not hesitate to come back again. The neighborhood is very quiet. See you soon, Cers!

We had a great stay by the sea. The accommodation is as described, very good bedding, equipped and 20 m from the beach. We were able to easily visit the surrounding area.

We had an amazing stay at Marc and Sarah's house! We are a family of four who stayed in the house for about 10 weeks. We had an impeccable time from start to finish. The house and garden are very pretty, and are located in the cozy village of Assas. The place is ideal for walks in the beautiful surroundings of the property. Communication from the hosts, as well as kindness and the service from the helpers was fantastic. Recommend everyone to visit the house!
