Enjoy the designer kitchen with all new appliances, as well as a brand new bathroom, updated bedrooms and outdoor shower. This chic 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, which can sleep up to 5, has been designed with an eye for detail, style and relaxation. The master bedroom enjoys a queen sized bed that's perfect for 2 adults. The second bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people with a double bed for two people, and a single bed for one person. Only 80-miles from Manhattan, a 90-minute drive and close to the towns of Jamesport, Southold and Greenport, The Beach Cottage is the perfect summer escape. Stay on the property for swimming, paddle boarding, beach walks and BBQs or venture out to enjoy all the North Fork has to offer. Wine tasting at the French run winery Croteaux, lunch at the world class North Fork Table and Inn, shop at the many Organic Farms or explore the charming historic seaport village of Greenport, all short drives from the cottage. Upon request, Pets are allowed, for an extra fee of $200 per stay. Guests have access the entire property, including a private path to the beach. This stylish retreat is nestled on a private Soundfront beach at the end of a 7-acre property. Wine tasting at Croteaux, lunch at world-class North Fork Table and Inn, and the historic seaport village of Greenport are all within a short drive. The closest Jitney stop is Aquebogue or Riverhead. I am an Australian born designer that lives in NYC and has been renovating homes for the past several years. Our Flatiron loft in NYC was featured in Dwell Magazine, I designed the Upper West Side apartment for the founder & CEO of Soul Cycle, and my husband and I recently renovated our family's weekend beach house on the North Fork. My place is right on the water with your own sandy beach. A quick walk to the restaurant and dining. No worries about having a drink and getting home. A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

Krae’s place is a lovely cottage: it is a comfortable, beautiful place, right across the street from the ocean with beautiful vistas of the ocean along multiple windows. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxed pace and gorgeous starry nights. Krae was so easy to contact and was super responsive. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Oceanfront Getaway - Quiet, Firepit + Pvt Beach

This Oceanfront Getaway has amazing views of the ocean from all over the house. We sat on the deck and watched the tide come in, we cooked dinner and watched the tide go out. My family and I took long walks down the very quite beach (right outside the back gate). This section of beach seems to only be used by the people that live in the neighborhood so it did feel almost like a private beach. My kids found so many large sea shells they had trouble picking a few favorites to bring home. There were lots of great places to eat within a short drive. I highly recommend any of the G Cafe and Bakery locations for a great coffee and/or breakfast treat. It was also fun to explore some of the smaller towns nearby like Branford and Niantic both of which offered unique shopping experiences. Marc and team were super responsive and provided many amenities like laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and creamers. We had so much fun we look forward to a return trip in the future.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Tami's house. This place has sunrise AND sunset views which are absolutely beautiful in a crisp winter sky. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and there is no lack of places to eat if you prefer to go out. The location was perfect for relaxing, and the neighborhood felt safe. Tami was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the East end and would love to stay there again in the future.

Brandon's place was dreamy for our two families with young kiddos -- cozy and quiet winter beach vibes, very atmospheric and peaceful and relaxing. We built a fire in the fireplace, watched movies, enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and walked along the rocky shore. Would recommend, even in the dead of winter.

Ken is hands down the best host I’ve ever had. He not only genuinely cares about the property but also the people who stay there. We booked on very short notice due to a family emergency and he wasted no time getting that place together for us. We stayed for almost a full 2 weeks and every day Ken just does a good morning text making sure everything is good! Very consistent and considerate host! The location is nice, it’s sits across the road from the LI sound but you’re able to still see the water from the front porch. My morning runs were filled with dog walkers, other runners and some very impressive homes and beautiful ocean side runs. The back yard is perfect for a family BBQ after a beach day. He has so many different toiletries and amenities at the house where you can almost come with nothing but clothes and be perfectly fine. I rate the host and the property 5stars because that’s the experience I guarantee you’ll have as well.
