A very good place in Lacanau, close to the center and the beach. Cute, clean, well arranged, very well-equipped and quiet. Very good communication with the host. I recommend it.

Very welcoming host (thank you for the heating when we arrived, much appreciated this time of year), clear instructions. Very comfortable house, but facing north (in summer it has the advantage of shade). Only downside: in summer there must be people opposite, in February it's okay there's hardly anyone.

Beautiful accommodation and very well equipped, faithful to the photos. The place is very quiet with a neighborhood that is too. Ideal for families but also for respectful groups of friends. I will be back with pleasure.

The cottage is very nice and absolutely recommended. It is lovingly furnished and the furnishings are well thought out. The floor plan is very suitable for a relaxed and restful stay. Even a basic set of spices and vinegar as well as oil are available in the kitchen. Also dish soap, etc. In addition, detergent was also available for the washing machine. We felt very comfortable and were happy about the well-functioning air conditioning on some days, when it was very hot. The whole house is a highlight, but especially the terrace and the swimming pool to the south side as well as the outdoor kitchen are a great pleasure. In addition, there is ample space for several cars on the property without any problems. The landlord Patrice is a very friendly and accommodating host. He communicated excellently, was always available and always responded within a very short time when we had a question.

We are a family of 4 from New York and we had a great holiday at Myriam's house. The house is superb, renovated, furnished with great taste, and there is everything you need in terms of equipment in kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room (smart tv and canal plus). Beautiful back terrace next to the indoor kitchen with plancha and barbecue. The pool is at the front of the house and is superb. It is heated and there is sofas, table and sun loungers around to rest. The house is quiet and no noise both during the day and during the night. The house is perfectly located in Lege, halfway between Arcachon and Pointe du Cap Ferret, and there is Grand Crohot beach 5 min by car (easy to park) or 10 min by bike (bike path) . Myriam was perfect, super nice, very flexible for Check in and out, and always available to answer questions quickly and give advice . Everything was great!!

The house is in a very nice quiet area, with everything you need nearby. We felt comfortable, we will come back to Olivier's place, an address to remember! Royan and its surroundings is a beautiful discovery 🌴 Our week of vacation was successful and it's also thanks to Olivier's house 😊

Great stay at Vincent's, in a top house with everything you need and quietly located close to the lake and the ocean. Vincent was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times with quick and pleasant communication. I'd recommend it without a second thought

We had a great time at this place. Pascal was very kind and very welcoming despite our arrival a little later than expected. There is everything you need in the house for a pleasant stay and it feels like home. The place is very quiet too! I highly recommend this listing!

Ideally located pavilion, close to local shops on foot or by bike, the lake/Hourtin port is a 10min drive and Hourtin beach 15 min away. Located in a peaceful subdivision, newly built pavilion with all the current amenities that make this accommodation convenient and comfortable, A/C system with thermostat for each room, central for roller or individual shutters, it remains detail but it contributes to overall comfort. Functional and well-equipped kitchen. 3 pleasant size bedrooms, including one overlooking the terrace, good quality bedding, we slept very well. Bathroom with walk-in shower + bathtub. Wooden terrace overlooking the living room with all the equipment to enjoy it on beautiful days, sunbathing, barbecue, living room & garden table as well as an umbrella. Easy parking in front of the house.

Clean and comfortable space. - Furnished kitchen. Quiet. Well heated. Easy to park. Enjoy your stay, in the countryside, good hosting. I recommend it.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very nice location in a quiet, shaded residence. The rooms are a little narrow but it's not really inconvenient because we live mostly outside and we are lucky to have two terraces. Frédéric is a responsive host who has been able to effectively resolve our small concerns.

Myriam is a warm and welcoming host: thanks to Pauline for hosting us. Flexible on check-in and check-out times, and available upstream & downstream. The house is in a quiet and peaceful environment and totally matched the description! Go there without a second thought, great stay: I recommend it, thank you again.

Virginie's place is beautiful and comfortable, quiet and private. She is a collector of beautiful things and it was a pleasure to be surrounded by them. The beds are comfortable and the linens high quality. On arrival Virginie greeted us with a bottle of wine and things to enjoy it with plus items we would have had to get for breakfast...coffee, milk, eggs, fruit etc. She couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. She had lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was available when we needed her and otherwise left us to enjoy the place on our own. Bordeaux is a beautiful city with lots to do. While the house is not in Bordeaux, the nearby trams and busses allow incredibly quick and easy access to everything Bordeaux. There is an express supermarket on your very short walk to the tram. Bigger Markets are walking distance. We loved this beautiful house and wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation is very pleasant , functional everything is new and well thought out perfect for 2 . Outside is a quiet plus The location near the beaches and forest is ideal . Damien is very friendly and responsive and gave us lots of good tips for visiting . We recommend 100%

Delighted with our stay and accommodation when we arrived. Easy access, very complete information in a welcome book to explain how the amenities worked. We quickly turned on a fire when we arrived that quickly heated the space what happiness! The house is so well equipped for cooking (it's rare in a rental). Enclosed garden for our great dog… Easily accessible… beach, supermarket. We took the car to go down to the beach but because we had my mom who is old. I highly recommend and hope to return to Saint Palais. Thanks Fabienne and Gregor.
