Excellent stay at Camille's, We really enjoyed the location of his place, close to the north beach and the forest. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We were able to enjoy the garden and have lunch in the sun the first few days, before the storm arrived😉. Very bright and functional housing. Thank you so much for your welcome.

Marie-Claude's place matches the photos. It is very well located (very close to shops and the beach) and easy to access. The private path to go directly to the beach is a plus. Marie-Claude is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you again for the kind attention upon arrival. One detail to report: for tall people (over 1m85), the bar at the end of the bed can be inconvenient. We'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises again!

An idyllic stay in a house close to the beach and at the same time very quiet, a little out of time. A perfect place to recharge, share good times with family. Very attentive owners, very kind and very responsive. We left with regret and will be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Philippe and Corinne's place. Their apartment is very welcoming. Atypical by its duplex side on several floors but it has bcp of charm too. The bedding was comfortable, so was the kitchen well equipped. The sunsets are beautiful with a direct view of the ocean. Relaxing stay on a weekend where we were also lucky enough to have very nice weather! We already want to come back. Thank you so much for their flexibility too.

The accommodation is really very good, with exceptional sea views, while being sufficiently set back from the noise of the road. The studio is very well equipped, I really don't see what could have been more or better! The location is just a short distance from the heart of bustling Royan which can quickly become "too much" in the summer when it gets very busy. Catherine is bubbly, with a communicative smile and she is very kind. We'll be happy to go back if it's possible. Excellent, where we ate well (nice restaurants less than 2 km away), drank well (in moderation?) and where we rested well. Thanks again to Catherine for offering her big house for our greatest happiness.

Very well equipped cottage with a large garden very well fenced which is perfect with a dog. The accommodation is perfectly located to visit the main sites of the area. Roselyne was very clear in the explanations and very friendly. I would recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure.

We stayed as a family with small children (2.5 and 5yo) at Sophie‘s place and it suited our needs perfectly. The house is spacious, clean, looks exactly as pictured and provides everything we needed for our week-long vacation. It is conveniently located, in walking distance both to the daily market, small shops and restaurants at the center of town as well as the beach. Check-in and check-out were really easy and Sophie was very quick to answer all our questions. Thank you again, Sophie!

Everything is perfect, for both adults and children! The house is over-equipped, you can come here without a second thought. There were 6 of us, including 4 children (and 2 babies). No problem, the house is secure and everything is available for a pleasant stay. Location point of view: close to shops, close to the market, close to bars, close to restaurants, close to ice cream, close to the beach, in short... close to everything!!! And if you're lucky enough to have a sunny period, it's close to perfection. Clearly, we loved it!

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

Thanks for the nice quiet accommodation and the super nice communication! Especially the location so close to the sea was wonderful. Amenities nothing to complain about, a high chair would still be luxury, but we always take ours anyway. The apartment is great for families with small children. In April something, a little bit of sunshine came into the apartment and the garden in the back when we imagined, but in summer certainly much brighter and you are also happy about cooling shade! In any case, the place is highly recommended!

We had a nice welcome and were able to access the house earlier than expected. Christine took the time to show us the house. She also gave us a lot of tips on the must-sees of this beautiful region. The house is very pleasant to stay in, with character, the pine trees around contribute to it. The close access to the beach is very nice and it's very easy to park Cycling is a plus in and around Soulac.
