We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The owner was very friendly, and her father warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The place itself is gorgeous, very comfortable, and offers stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, all while being conveniently close to Siena. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Tuscany!

This is an idyllic place. The owners and manager were very kind and responsive. The space is modern while also being comfortable - great beds, showers, and a very functional kitchen (we cooked dinner every night). We were traveling with a 1 year old and everything was well suited for her. I will dream about the pool - that really makes the property. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location to visit Val d 'Orcia. Spacious and bright apartment, impeccable cleanliness, nice view from the balcony, responsive host. Private parking under the house. I recommend the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are beautiful views from the bedroom window. Fernanda was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of local wine. We had an issue with batteries in the remote and she had new batteries sent right over, went above our expectations. The shower was wonderful.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

A fantastic apartment in the most beautiful location. Enrichetta was always very quick to respond, flexible and very attentive. We were personally greeted at check-in by Ian who always ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view from the apartment and the pool is truly breathtaking. I definitely recommend staying here! We hope to return again in the future.

Excellent place. The location is magnificent, you can walk to all places. The apartment is very comfortable, you have many amenities. Maria is an excellent host, super friendly. If we returned to Arezzo I would definitely stay in the same place. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Cortona very relaxing amidst the hustle and bustle of a fantastic old town our accommodation could ‘nt have been better with the facilities inside the BnB and the location perfect all round

We had a wonderful family holiday in this secluded olive grove. Starting every day with a refreshing dip in the pool was our absolute favorite ritual. The area is ideal for easy and medium hikes. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

We loved our stay at Enrico’s place - a superb host in every way. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and in a quiet location with independent access. Indoor and outdoor furniture were perfectly comfortable. This is an excellent place to experience life in Tuscany and an ideal base from where to visit local towns, including Sienna, and see the counties. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Elias’ place! His appartment was incredibly clean, cozy and not to mention huge! He was very responsive and helpful from the moment we made our reservation. We liked it so much we decided to stay three extra nights! You are only footsteps away from a couple great coffee shops/bars and just a few minute walk to the supermarket and the centre of Montepulciano. Parking was free and easy as well! If we needed anything, Elias would not hesitate to help. Exceptional hospitality and quite frankly the best airbnb host we have had on our month long vacation! We would not hesitate at all to come back and would highly recommend Elias’ place to friends, family or anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a great time. The place is very nice, with everything you need breakfast included and very close to downtown. Chiara was very kind and available to recommend places to visit and restaurants to eat. I highly recommend it

Enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's very much! Easy day trip to Val d'Orcia.

Pre-arrival communication was always fast and completely satisfied. The check-in process was very flexible with the key lockbox. The apartment we were in matched the pictures and surprised us with its large expanse. The balcony overlooking the landscape was a nice bonus. The location is next to the road, but there is not much traffic and so the noise in vehicles does not disturb. Cleanliness was in all rooms. The bed was large and comfortable. I can definitely recommend a place to stay.

Christina's place is perfectly located -- close to the Piazza del Campo, but completely silent inside. The rooms (including the primary bathroom) are large and were spotlessly clean. Communication with Christina was easy and she greeted us outside the building to show us the apartment. Highly recommended.

A little bit expensive but it’s alright

I congratulate the owner on the beauty of the room and the cleanliness of the rooms. You will find a furnished house with a super new kitchen with everything you need, the room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable and wide. The building is a 5/6 min drive from the center. We stayed on the weekend before Christmas with my family. We had a great time, we were greeted by Sonia Roberto's wife, a very kind person, while Roberto was always there through chat. Great experience and congratulations to the host who also gave us a bottle of oil, nice thought!

Everything is great! Well-equipped house and kitchen! The only downside for this season: the cold...despite the heating being on and working, the house struggled to warm up.
