Had a great stay at this property with my family (4 Adults 2 Teenagers). All the rooms were very spacious and made us feel very relaxed we all had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the underground car park was fairly easy we had a chevy suburban (which for non U.S. people is enormous) normal sized vehicles would be even easier. Views from the property were great. Henry was very quick to respond to questions we had before travelling and instructions were very clear so we didn't need to query anything afterwards. The property was easy to find and was within walking distance to glendale galleria shopping area. It's location meant getting to the various studio tours such as Universal and Warner bros were only a 20-30 mins drive away. Would happily stay here again if I come back to L.A. Our only regret was not being at this property longer as we needed to move on to next part of our tour of california. Thank you Henry!

We had an amazing time! Chloe was amazing! Quick responses and clear with the instructions! We were made aware of the noise from the club but honestly did not bother us at all. The place is spotless and very comfortable. I’m an LA native, moved out years ago, so I knew what to expect for parking. Luckily we were able to park out front about 90% of the time due to the vacancies left after the club downstairs. My family and I will most definitely be coming back!!

David‘s house was amazing! Tons of space, very clean and super comfortable for the four of us. We loved the location of the house in Hermosa Beach! So close to the Strand, the beach, comedy club, and many many restaurants. The house was well equipped, and had all the amenities that one could imagine. The neighborhood was lovely and felt very safe for the week of our stay. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you’re viewing and considering the property.

We had a very comfortable stay at Nhat's place in between Airbnbs as we continue to be displaced due to the Eaton fires. His home was spotless - from the linens to the furniture - and the provided slippers were a thoughtful touch. The space was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. We would’ve loved to stay longer if it had been available, and if the shower had been a bit more spacious. I'm currently pregnant and just need a little extra room, but it wouldn't have been an issue otherwise. Parking was generally easy - we always found a spot. However, we did get a ticket because we didn’t fully read the street signs, so just a heads-up to future guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend Nhat’s place to friends and family!

Richard is a great host, friendly & responsive. Studio is lovely little space, close to everything. Only tiny downside is road noise but that can’t be helped & doesn’t interfere with sleeping. I’d recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. It’s close to freeways for ease of access to anywhere for day trips, yet in a super walkable area to all the amenities of quaint downtown Monrovia.

The apartment is nice- exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and well stocked with linens, blankets, towels, etc. It is not at the same address as the listing, it’s about half a mile away from there. That shouldn’t be a problem for most people, but having to walk an extra half mile each way when we were going to restaurants and shops on 6th/Wilshire was not ideal with young kids. We had a great time using the clubhouse and rooftop to play pool and chill when we were staying in. The check-in and parking instructions were very detailed and easy to understand and follow. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly. There’s a kind of hole in the wall Salvadoran restaurant right next door to the apartment and the food was SO good- highly recommend trying it if you stay here. Also pop down to Old Ferry Donuts and Blue Bottle Coffee. Overall, a great place, great host. Would definitely stay again.
