Lake Breeze

We went to visit our son who lives in Irondequoit. This is a great location and I hope to come back during warmer weather and use more of the amenities. We have a blind dachshund and the house was very navigable for her.

ROC Villa - PARK AVE GEM!

HindiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent four nights at Emily’s house and it was perfect for our stay! She provided everything we needed for four adults including complimentary coffee and plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We knew from pictures the stairs could be tricky at the top and they are steep, but we did well with taking it slow going up and down. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Park Ave for great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Plus easy access to the rest of the city. We will certainly be keeping this house in mind for future visits to Rochester.

Cheerful Cozy Home Steps From RIT

CheriRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A very sweet house, birds and bees motif. Comfy beds, lots of cooking supplies and munchies (my RIT student scarfed them all). Very convenient to lots of shopping and interest spots and for the record, Rochester is a gem. Couldn't be happier with this BnB!!

We stayed here with our two young children over Thanksgiving break. The house was well appointed, clean, and warm. Location is great, right near 390 and close to the old Marketplace Mall. Will definitely consider staying here again when we visit.

Guest home in Churchville

DougRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We are so happy we found this place! Clean, beautiful, comfy and felt like home right away. There was the perfect balance of all the comforts of home, while being a place that was easy to keep safe from our toddler (sometimes places have too many unnecessary things around, this was so nice to not have to worry about my little one destroying a family heirloom or something 😅) This was a central location for all the things we needed to do while visiting family, so we would be so happy if this sweet place was available the next time we come out this way. It was too cold to venture outside, but the outdoor space seemed very sweet as well. The snacks and the water were greatly appreciated, and thank you for the wonderful stay!

The Guest House

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Camille’s place was absolutely lovely— peaceful & cosy, just the vibe we were looking for. Great place if you’re looking to cook a bunch, with a big fridge, gas stove, and spices in the cupboard. Rochester was beautiful in the fall and Camille’s recommendations were great. We particularly loved the Eastman Museum and the Strong Museum of Play— if you’re travelling with kids they’d go bananas for the Strong Museum! 5/5 stars!

We felt comfortable from the very beginning in the lovingly and cozily furnished apartment, and Alecia was a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us excellent tips for activities and places to visit in and around Rochester. We can highly recommend this place!!!!!

Brockport Village 1-bedroom yds. from Erie Canal.

I especially liked the self check in because I arrived very late. The claw footed Victorian bathtub was a wonderful luxury. The area is very walkable and I would have enjoyed that in warmer weather. Fun combination of new and vintage decor.

Peaceful Crib in Quiet Village

ChristineRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Rob's "Crib" very much. We enjoyed the mix of an older home and modern decor. There are plenty of easy uses for the lights, ceiling fans and TV. The driveway is a little narrow but we managed. Thanks for everything Rob!
