Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mondello Beach

Francesca’s place is in a fantastic location- by trendy bars and restaurants. It’s within in walking distance from all the main sights. We traveled with our 7 month baby and it had everything you need (bed, bath, changing mat) as well as fun toys. The place was comfortable and well equipped! Great stay!

I can't say enough about our stay at Ivana's place. It was perfect. We felt at home. Ivana came to meet us and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming. She checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We walked everywhere and didn't have to go far for good food or shopping. I would highly recommend her place for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much!

This was a great apartment in the center of town. Walking distance to everything you will want to see and do. The place itself is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay at apartment in Palermo. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all our inquiries and even setup taxi services to and from the airport for us. The apartment itself was clean and well furnished. It had a fun and interesting retro vibe and everything was really comfortable. The location was central to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping as well. We enjoyed a short walk to a great nearby coffee shop every morning, Vago - Rizzuto specialty coffee and snacks Caffetteria Rizzuto. We would recommend staying here.

The house has all the comforts, nothing is missing. The beautiful terrace lends itself to very pleasant evenings with the bistro under the house that provided us with excellent Sicilian pizzas and delicacies. The area is quiet and also serviced by easy parking. We felt right at home.

This was my first visit to Palermo so I wanted to be in the historic district. This place is a fantastic location & feels like home away from home. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching a sea of people pass by. Tour groups galore! Livia was very informative & went out of her way to help. What I found out was that the businesses downstairs are open until late, there’s no concept of keeping voices down after midnight. At 2 a.m. with vigor, the restaurant staff pull down their shutters, & apart from ambulances & local police sirens, & a few drifters, it’s relatively quiet. 😂 Then at 7 a.m the construction crews kick off & of course Livia provides ear plugs.. Bring your own! Everything is at your doorstep! & it is a beautiful space! Livia was very flexible about our check in time & luggage storage. Grazie mille Livia!

Anna greeted us when we arrived and showed us how things work. This apt is much bigger than it appears in the photos. It is very comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. Anna provides many cooking ingredients and toiletries to make her guests’ stay easier My suitcase did not make it to Palermo from Rome airport, and Anna was very helpful in getting the delivery to the apartment while we were on an excursion. I so appreciated her helpfulness. Definitely rent this beautiful apartment!

The place was really nice, and location was perfect! Also Irene is a very nice host and gave us really good recommendations.

How do I even begin? Viviana's place was just perfect for our family. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Our daughter enjoyed her room with all the toys and disney princesses prepared by Viviana. The garden is huge and some kids toys were available. Our daughter runs out to the garden as soon as we wake up. We used the grill a lot and ate in the Patio pretty much every morning and night. Everything you need is available in the house. You will need a car when you decide to stay here. It is very close to the grocery stores. And also a few minutes drive to Mondello beach which has become our favorite among all the beaches we visited. Viviana is a very warm and reliable host. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but she is one of a kind. Sicily has now a place in our hearts and we would definitely stay in her house again if we ever come back.

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Palermo, Trapani, Erice and Borgetto. Giuseppe’s recommendations for seeing the area was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer.

Margherita was a really excellent host. Lovely place to stay, out of the Palermo noise but only 12 minutes away by train.

The house is on one of the main roads into Palermo. We booked it as we wanted to walk into town during the day and evening and enjoy the Parlermo history and vibe. The apartment is large and has great beds, bathrooms and wifi. There are a few tv's and you can watch Prime and Netflix. We hired a medium size car and we felt it was slightly too wide for the parking area. Something like a Fiat 500 would fit in confortably. There is on street parking around the corner but we decided to leave our car at the parking garage Parcheggio - Green Car Area di Sosta Attrezzata around the corner. 15 euros per day and you could come and go as you wanted. There is a Conad small supermarket 5 mins walk that sells the basics. Bella Sicilia is a great takeaway across the road. Very good value. Recommend the rotary chicken and chips - about 13 euros. You feel that you are part of the Palermo life and the ability to walk into Palemo in 30 minutes and see the sights is great.

Communication was wonderful. Osvaldo's son made the handover. He was very friendly and also responded quickly at very short notice and gave us the keys earlier.

Great spot. Central location making it very walkable. Also super close to the train station that goes directly to the airport.

Arianna’s apartment in Palermo was an amazing stay. From the very beginning, Arianna’s proactive communication & friendliness was noteworthy. We felt at home, the place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, but modernized with all the amenities. Arianna gave great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and designed trips for us that turned out to be really amazing. In summary, we had a great time in Palermo & highly recommend Arianna’s apartment…..would love to go back again!!

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

We loved Salvatore’s palacial and spacious abode. It is well looked after and Francesca welcomed us so warmly and gave us useful information re public transport, interesting sights. Despite the central location, it was quiet at night. We really appreciated having a washing-machine cum dryer. Highly recommendable.

Exceptional apartment, very clean, very neat decoration, quality amenities. The large terrace with its jacuzzi and barbecue lounge are very nice. The location is ideal for visiting Palermo 10 minutes by train from Bagheria station. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy. Armando is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. Luis is a fantastic host! Great communicator and follow up with you. His place is a lovely home with many small thoughtful touches added. You can tell he cares about his home and has tried to create a welcoming environment. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, good shower pressure with good temperatures. We were only in Palermo one night so did not get to fully appreciate the area and his home, but enjoyed what we could. Luis also has good recs for places to try- we only got to try one, but enjoyed our dining experience. Overall great stay with a great host. You are about 15-20 min walking from city center.

Giulias place was great for 5 of my friends and I visiting Italy for the first time. It was close enough to some great breakfast spots and shops but not too close to the busy part of Palermo. The apartment was in a peaceful area and had everything we needed. Thank you Giulia☺️
