We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

The place was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, friendly staff and guests.

We stayed 8 days in this very clean apartment. From first contact to departure, everything went great. Anneliese is a very nice hostess who gave us many excursion tips. We were allowed to safely park our electric bikes in the underground parking together with our car. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend this apartment.

We had a really great stay in Uta's flat. It is typical and perfectly located. Uta was also very responsive to our few questions. To recommend!

We spent 4 days in the apartment and were very satisfied with the location and amenities. In a few minutes you can reach the market square with many nice cafes and restaurants. It is not far from the harbor and is highly recommended. Thank you for the great time!

We felt very comfortable! It was completely uncomplicated and easy, we could check in and out relaxed and flexible, had a really cozy room and less than a 5-minute walk to the water. It was great, thanks!

Everything was great the place was very nicely located and we had a good time. The only thing I was missing a little was maybe oil and a few spices as we still cooked in the evening. Salt and pepper, in turn, were available.

It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

We had a beautiful stay with my friends at House Stolzenfels in Sellin. The location was around 8 min walk from Sellin sea bridge and the surroundings were beautiful. The hosts were extremely flexible and responsive. Would love to visit again in the future

We had a very nice stay. The building is close to a great seafront promenade. The hot tub is pleasantly heated, which allows use in the evening or in cold weather, but the normal pool was too cold for us. A sauna is also available. We found the chairs at the dining table uncomfortable, but it was fine. The place was very clean and is very quiet. Parking is subject to a fee around the building (Saturday, Sunday free). Or for a slightly cheaper price per day in the underground car park (55 Sloty/day).

Beautiful, spacious loft with direct beach access. It was wonderful to be able to watch the sunrise and the waves of the Baltic Sea right after waking up through the panoramic windows from the bed.

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

The room and facility were very clean and modern. It is only about 15 minutes to the beach. Walk. A very nice and large park is right across the street from the property. The free breakfast was delicious and varied. The salt cave at the property costs 20 Złoty. The tourist tax is 33.60 zloty for one week. You can pay euros in the accommodation and also in Swinemünde. Only downside: Unfortunately, German and English skills are not so good. Thanks, I'll be back!

Great apartment in close proximity to the promenade and the beach and at the same time in a quiet area. I recommend!

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

We had a lovely stay! The location was great (close to the beach, and we liked the Sellin very much!), we were warmly welcomed & there was also a small welcome sparkling wine. Cleanliness was great, unfortunately the bed was very well laid out on one side. Wifi was away by the hour... From the balcony you had a beautiful sea view (unfortunately somewhat adjusted by a construction site, but fortunately was hardly disturbing). Thanks to the location and good amenities we would definitely visit again :)

We felt totally comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and yet you are in a few minutes on the promenade and on the wonderful beach. Absolutely recommended. The weather was great, so we could also use the cozy terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Aleksandra and Sebastian were totally nice and very helpful. At this point, thank you again for your effort. We will be happy to come back.

An absolutely great apartment to relax and also a great choice to drive down in the cold season. The sauna is a real highlight, as is the whole other part of the apartment. Very modern and tastefully decorated and everything you need is there. Really great, we had a very relaxing and beautiful time here 😊
