Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We spent two wonderful weeks in Anita's house. She immediately welcomed us with kindness and it was always a pleasure to spend time together when it happened. She often offered us fresh eggs and cherry tomatoes. Beautiful greenery that surrounds the house and the porch offers incredible peace. Great place to stay for a large family or two friendly families like us. In a few minutes by car you can reach Vasto Alta and also Vasto Marina. Numerous things to do in the area. We also met his son, I'm a nice family! Anita super!! Highly recommended!

Alessandra is very available for any need. The accommodation is a 5-minute drive from the sea, and is a good area to see points of interest on the Trabocchi coast. Comfortable, tidy accommodation and provides everything you need (kitchen/pots/coffee maker, etc.). There is free parking near the accommodation. Super satisfied!

Roberto and Maria are beautiful people. I have to thank them both for their hospitality but above all a huge thank you to Roberto who was close to my arrival since a few kilometers before arriving my car broke down and he spent an entire afternoon with me to try to solve the problem, a really kind and helpful person, difficult to find similar ones! Beyond that, the place is beautiful, 15 minutes from the beaches of San salvo and with a really fantastic view in the open countryside. Roberto and Maria cultivate everything, my son really appreciated their really great plums. Thank you both very much, as soon as possible we will definitely be back ❤️

Accommodation equipped with every comfort in the center of San Martino will be very close to the green river, the starting point for excursions on the Maiella. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable for 5 people. Large living room, kitchen and large bathroom. The host is very helpful and kind.

We were guests in Rossella's house from December 23 to 29, in the week in which Campo di Giove ended , due to the copious snowfall of Christmas, on all the national tg. Despite the great inconvenience due to the intense snowfall, we were able to enjoy the comfort and pleasantness of a tidy, clean and bright house in addition to the courtesy and availability of Rossella, a person who is constantly present via wu or phone and interested in our accommodation and to meet the needs and emergencies of a stay that is not really easy due to the weather conditions. The house enjoys all the comforts and is less than a kilometer from the center of the village where you can find commercial establishments that offer any type of food /consumer goods (oven, grocery, dairy, butcher, tobacco, newsagent, egg pasta, wine shop, pastry shop as well as various typical restaurants)

Luca's apartment is delicious and equipped with every comfort. Luca was available to provide us with directions and suggestions to fully enjoy the beauty of the area. It was a really pleasant stay!

We spent three beautiful days during New Year's Eve parties in this cozy little house. The fireplace and Christmas decorations have created a magical and relaxing atmosphere. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Outside there was a very sunny terrace where you could eat or just relax with a breathtaking view of the Majella. The owners were very helpful and kind. We also made friends with two huddly shepherd dogs who came to visit us every night. It was a wonderful vacation. I recommend this beautiful little house to those who love to stay in the middle of nature and in peace.
