Beautiful place in a beautiful location! Only a few minutes to the main square or to the beach. Tomasso and his associates were great, I definitely recommend. 2 small things we wish we knew prior: the listing says washer and dryer, but no dryer is available. If you have no hurry, this is not an issue as they do provide multiple drying racks. Also, the place is above a tavern which plays club music until about 11. If you do not mind staying up a bit later or do not mind the noise, this is also not an issue. Again, wonderful place to stay!

Thank you Rosa, my family and I had a wonderful stay in your clean and very well equipped apartment. There were lots of amenities which was very helpful, a short 2 minute walk to the beach so a great location. Air conditioning was really nice as it was hot outside. Everything was really great and we would definitely recommend Rosa's apartment. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future. Grazie Rosa da Familia Vogli.

Alessio's flat is gorgeous and provides an excellent base camp to get to Marina di Vasto lungo mare (5 mins walk distance), Vasto historical town (wonderful 30 mins walk, uphill), and to start any bike tour (road bike or gravel) southward (San Salvo), northward (Punta Penna and Natural Reserve), westward (wonderful up and downhills for bike racers). Needless to mention Alessio as a wonderful and reliable host!

We can't wait to return to Casa di Carolina...it felt like home in the best possible way. The design and decor were wonderful, especially the primary suite and its glorious bathroom. Constance also provided the best Guide I have ever seen in an Airbnb and we were able to explore so much of what she recommended. A singularly memorable stay that deepened our love affair with this delightful town.

WOW - WHAT a gem. Casa Querencia was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Italy as a family of 4. Josie's place was not only reflective of the description and images but BETTER! The view of Lago di Bomba (swooon), the church bells, the views of the other towns and snow on the mountains. You could literally cozy up with wine and a book and never leave! Josie had everything we needed to dine in, while also SO MANY great recommendations for exploring - like Santa Maria, Lanciano, and Castello Roccascalegna. The town was super quiet given the winter month - but much as we expected, as we had JUST missed one of their holiday parties in the piazza. Casa Querencia would be PERFECT for someone wanting a relaxing, cozy, at-home feeling longer-term rental. We cannot wait to come back to stay - maybe for a few weeks next time :) Josie spares no details and was a PLEASURE to rent from. Thank you for making our experience such a joy!

We booked this apartment for my parents, and they had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the sea. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. My parents especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made them feel right at home. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay!

We loved everything about our stay, proximity to the beach and all the outdoor areas to relax in and the rooftop for some morning yoga and an evening drink was sublime.

Massimiliano and family were exceptionally helpful with communicating before we checked in. We always had a quick response to any question before and during our stay. The apartment is absolutely adorable, very true to the pictures. it has eveeverything you'll need. We loved being in the old city, close to great restaurants and ancient history. We would highly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed. Barbara

Charming stay! My boyfriend and I stayed at Marika and Federico's for 4 nights at the end of December. The hosts were very kind and immediately made themselves available and available. As for the stay, the temperatures were for those particularly cold days. The house is very well maintained and is really equipped with all the comforts! It's built on multiple floors. For the attic, where the bedrooms are located, you need to lower your head at the entrance and in some parts of the room (we are about 170cm tall). But just know and consider if you have any mobility difficulties. The house overlooks an enchanting glimpse of the Sangro River, which has been magical to admire every morning. Clearly that's why when we arrived the house was very cold, but it was enough to turn on the heat and start living the house for a few hours. The location is very central, free street parking a stone's throw away. Villetta Barrea turned out to be enchanting!
