Before talking about the apartment, I want to say that Antonio and Giulia were two exceptional people. For a series of coincidences on the first day our dog was lost and having asked Antonio for help, they immediately went out of their way through social media, in the search. After a few hours when I was no longer hoping for it, Antonio calls me and tells me that he found the dog! Wonderful news, so thanks again to you guys! The apartment is very nice, tidy and super clean. It is also very central, in 2 minutes walk you are in the center and at the proton of Roccaraso. Antonio is always available for advice or any kind of need. If you want to take a vacation in Roccaraso and you are no longer people, go to the Regina vacation home and you will be satisfied, without a doubt or perplexity! We'll definitely be back...

The house is located a short walk from the center of roundabouts, equipped with all the comforts, super working heating and hot water, two well-finished bathrooms. Francesco was kind and helpful, even in the face of our own unexpected that we had on the last day. Maximum flexibility at both check-in and check-out Definitely coming back

Santina was an amazing host, she lives upstairs so she is super responsive. We had an issue that I think we didn't know how to use the heater and she was at the door right away. She is friendly and super helpful. The apartment is in the middle of the centro storico. Super convenient and beautiful . I would stay again, strongly recommend

If you want to experience nature and Italian culture this place is perfect. The host and his mother are amazing, they were very kind and considerate, we felt at our grandparents' house. Dona Ilda, the host's mother, she is always ready to help, she made us many delicious foods, always very cheerful and willing, a great company for you to talk and learn more about Italians. The house is well tidy and the place is very calm, we could not have made a better choice. We'll definitely be back, there's nothing better than traveling and feeling at home🏡.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Acquasalsa Masseria! The location was beyond beautiful, the home was extremely well kept, and we loved their animals! Armondo and his family were so kind and treated us like a part of their own. He especially took the time to help us out with information regarding genealogy at the local commune and made excellent suggestions of interesting and fun things to see and do while we were in town. Luisa served us a delicious breakfast every morning and they carefully catered to our vegan/vegetarian diets. Armondo’s award winning honey is a must try! You truly will not be disappointed in your stay here.

With a group of friends, we were looking for an apartment where we could spend the holidays together without sacrificing privacy. We were able to find all of this in Antonio's cozy apartment, a super friendly and helpful top host. Absolutely recommended for your accommodation, comfortable, easy to find, immense space well organized and lastly the possibility to always find parking. Thanks Antonio for next time!

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Property located in the town square next to the castle of Monteroduni in a historic building, on 3 levels. The view from the top floor is beautiful, the renovation is good, air conditioning excellent comfort. The only element to improve perhaps the bathroom of the third level, whose shower is perhaps a little small. It would be helpful to have a change of pillows, and a bottle of water upon arrival.

Wonderful stay! The house has a very cute and nostalgic atmosphere. The area is great for walking and hiking!

Chiara's house is small and has a nice fenced garden (ideal for those with dogs) with oaks and olive trees. The house is on the provincial road that goes up to Mafalda but despite my initial fears it is peaceful and peaceful. From there you can walk every day beautiful and always new walks in the middle of olive groves, wheat fields and small streets that lead to nothing. Magnificent place, for those who love nature. Detox experience for those who live in the city. Chiara host delightful and available.

The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and gorgeous views was a highlight of my stay. Letizia and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel like part of their home from the moment I arrived. Their kindness and hospitality made my experience even more special. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with stunning scenery and a truly authentic Italian countryside experience, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flow of the Gizio River, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's tips on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center to reach on foot) and what to see were helpful. Highly recommended

This accommodation is absolutely perfect for a short stay. Ease of access to restaurants and the hiking trail into the valley as well as bus access to Sulmona. It’s in the heart of Pacentro action. Note- there isn’t wifi and there are stairs up to entry into the accommodation and within the unit. The bedding and towels - great. The cucina is basic but restaurants are right out the front door. Bathroom is very good. Oh and the small terrace lets you view dark sky night stars. Very private

Christa is great. The house is comfortable and functional. Strategically located. Close to the sea, in a very characteristic village. Great stay with a super welcoming. Christa is always ready to solve every need. Highly recommended.

Luca is a very specific, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the house warm and cozy, and the place is very nice. Everything went great.

Everything was incredible! Truly. Luca met us and showed us where to park. He and his mother showed us the apartment with grace and caring. Furnished beautifully. I told him it was too nice for a rental (and I meant it). I rent fairly often and this place is amazing. As are the hosts. Don’t hesitate.

Termoli is really very beautiful and worth a visit. The historic center is beautiful with the sea all around and friendly people. The apartment is very spacious, with a large and pleasant terrace, it is a 10-15 minute walk from the south coast and downtown. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

We had a great short stay. We decided last minute for a couple ski days Check in was super easy. Great instructions sent. Super warm and cosy. Comfy beds. Maybe take your own towels if you prefer fluffy towels as these were like using a napkin but that’s just personal preference Could do with some wine glasses too. The location into the old town is amazing. Everything you need. 10 min drive from the large main ski area

Apparently in excellent condition very well located in a quiet village, there are quite a few restaurants nearby and beautiful beaches 5 minutes away by car, I recommend
