Mr. Germano has two apartments in a beautiful rustic surrounded by greenery, which boasts a long history related to transhumance and its centuries-old traditions. Both apartments are spacious (Ginestra has a larger dining room), well equipped, cool in summer and well heated in winter (we tried both apartments in both seasons). Mr. Salvatore, who takes care of the check-in and maintenance of the property, is very kind and helpful. The priceless plus is the location of the rustic: it stands on the southwest shores of the lake, on the slopes of the forest ridge at the top of which stand Mount Petroso and the Mountains of the Meta. It enjoys a private estate (shared with other guests of the property) that, although very well cared for, remains in constant and respectful dialogue with the wild nature of the Park. The center of Barrea is however 5 minutes away from the easily accessible dirt road. We'll definitely be back.

What a beautiful place to stay at. Very easy and friendly Gabriëlla and family. Very helpful to make your stay pleasant. The apartment on the ground floor is really excellent and equipped with all the comforts. Very beautifully carried out renovation of a farmhouse down to the smallest details carried out by an architect. From the beautifully landscaped garden and from the apartment you have a relaxing view of the sea. Also wonderful is the use of the cleverly landscaped pool. We really enjoyed it. Everything was neat and tidy and very clean.

We adored our weekend in Vastogirardi thanks to Natalina’s flexibility, helpful kindness, and comfortable apartment. Staying in the castle was special, affording privacy and beautiful views of Alta Molise. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk anywhere in the village we needed. The people were welcoming and kind and we look forward to returning to both Vastogirardi and Natalina’s lovely home.

a small home ideal for discovering the Matese and its landscapes. The apartment is located in a small typical alley. You have to leave the car on the main street, but it's not too far away. the views are stunning from the windows. It's perfect to go to Lake Matese

A perfect stay! The structure is simply exquisite, with small but well-organized spaces with attention to detail. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of Lake Barrea and immersed in the charm of the historic center. Access is convenient: you can easily walk to the car in just 5 minutes. The host was extremely helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and relaxing experience.

The apartment is nicely decorated, the very large terrace offers breathtaking views. The house is right on the very nice and clean sandy beach. The town of Termoli can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The house is very nice, clean and cozy. The kitchen is equipped and the bathroom comfortable and functional. The view of the mountains from the large terrace is really nice. You park easily and for us it was a great solution for a couple of days of skiing, in twenty minutes you can reach the facilities of Monte Pratello. But the thing I most recommend the apartment for is Giorgia's friendliness and kindness. She was very helpful with us all the time, she met us for our needs for check-in and check-out, she was always extremely kind and full of attention. I can only thank you and recommend everyone to stay with you.

We were guests in Rossella's house from December 23 to 29, in the week in which Campo di Giove ended , due to the copious snowfall of Christmas, on all the national tg. Despite the great inconvenience due to the intense snowfall, we were able to enjoy the comfort and pleasantness of a tidy, clean and bright house in addition to the courtesy and availability of Rossella, a person who is constantly present via wu or phone and interested in our accommodation and to meet the needs and emergencies of a stay that is not really easy due to the weather conditions. The house enjoys all the comforts and is less than a kilometer from the center of the village where you can find commercial establishments that offer any type of food /consumer goods (oven, grocery, dairy, butcher, tobacco, newsagent, egg pasta, wine shop, pastry shop as well as various typical restaurants)

We had a very good time both in the apartment and with the owner Lorenzo, a guy who is always available.

We were looking for a place to relax and relax, and we found it! Cozy house, tastefully furnished, very nice and clean, surrounded by nature and despite this with every comfort such as TV, WiFi, and above all a fabulous fireplace in front of which we spent relaxing evenings. The owner Maria Cristina has shown a unique availability, and even the neighborhood that has activated to give us some firewood (thank you Mr. Bruno). Absolutely recommend, but hopefully we will find a place again next time!

What an amazing stay we had at Valeria and Roberto's place! What stands out upon arriving is the gorgeous view on the garden, with its olive trees, and the sea in the distance. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. As hosts, Valeria and Roberto truly went above and beyond, making us feel right at home. A lovely touch was the basket of produce from the vegetable garden that Roberto brought us when we arrived. We would go back in a heartbeat!

If you want to experience nature and Italian culture this place is perfect. The host and his mother are amazing, they were very kind and considerate, we felt at our grandparents' house. Dona Ilda, the host's mother, she is always ready to help, she made us many delicious foods, always very cheerful and willing, a great company for you to talk and learn more about Italians. The house is well tidy and the place is very calm, we could not have made a better choice. We'll definitely be back, there's nothing better than traveling and feeling at home🏡.

Widely livable vacation home, warm and cozy rooms with large bright living room and a beautiful view of Mount Pratello. The presence of two bathrooms is very comfortable. Convenient location for lifts . Working wifi with smart TV, books and board games available. It was a pleasant stay.

Booking the house made for a weekend in the mountains with friends, it has a strategic location to get to the slopes. Very comfortable, new and cozy house. Very well heated environment and the house is very well equipped. It really has everything. Dimitri and his wife are two wonderful people, the house reflects their hospitality and kindness. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished as shown in the photos, in addition in the bathroom there is also the possibility of depositing, washing or drying the mountain equipment. If you plan to spend a few days in the mountains, this is the place to stay.
