Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Walk to the sea from this amazing 2br apartment

We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

The location of the house was really good. There was the sea, walking areas and great restaurants across the street. There was everything you could need in the house. The landlord was friendly and caring. If I come again, I will stay here again.

We had a good stay in this spacious and nicely decorated apartment. The location is quite convenient, within walking distance to the city center. While the neighborhood itself isn’t the most picturesque compared to other parts of the city, it felt safe, so it wasn’t a major issue. One challenge we faced was frequent power outages when using multiple appliances at the same time, likely due to the need to keep the air conditioning on constantly because of the low temperatures. This happened several times a day, which was a bit inconvenient. In terms of appliances, the apartment was well-equipped, though we missed having kitchen cloths, wine glasses, and washing machine detergent. Additionally, some noise from the elevators and neighboring apartments was noticeable, but not overly disturbing. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences, but still a good option when visiting Elche!

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Levis's place was as described and had everything that we needed for our three night stay. We arrived very late after a delayed flight and was accommodating with our arrival time. Would recommend this apartment if you're looking to stay in the area.

If you want to stay with a very on hands host, Yvette is the best ! She also has several other lettings, in her portfolio. The apartment is decorated to a high standard throughout. The master bedroom has a really good bed in it ! It's quite high, but very comfortable & has a high padded headboard ! Everything is minimalist, in the lounge area, it's decorated in keeping to the nearby beach. The roof terrace is huge & offers peace and tranquillity. The double walk in shower, is perfect, especially for those of us with mobility problems. I'd not hesitate to stay here again ! My return flight has been delayed and Yvette contacted the owner's, who kindly let me stay, after my my leg was put into plaster. The only slight negatives I could possibly mention are that the fan in the lounge, is wonky & you can hear it moving not as jt should. The kitchen just needs oven gloves & a fish slice for cooking. Yvette came to my rescue, after my previously booked property was not as described !

It really was a fantastic stay. The apartment is very good, large and comfortable. Good mattresses in the main bedrooms. Just like the photos, even better in person. The property is very well maintained and quiet. The area is very good, you can walk to the two beaches in the city, the supermarket is close by and there are many bars to choose from. Our daily route was mostly along Ramón Gallud Street or Avd Habaneras. Anyway, we loved Torrevieja and the house. Georgi and his hosts were always very attentive, although the truth is that we didn't contact them much since it wasn't necessary. Recommended!!

The host was waiting for us at a pre-arranged place to personally guide us to the house. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is very quietly located in the Sierra Espuña with beautiful views of the city of Alhama de Murcia and the lemon orchards. There are plenty of trees around the house and garden, so you can choose between shade and sun all day. The house has all the amenities to make you feel right at home and live outside all day during the summer. We will definitely come back!

We stayed in this little house in La Manga with 5 people and a puppy. The house can accommodate 8 people. The experience was excellent. Everything was super clean, and the house is just as described in the listing/photos. The house has a very practical private parking lot, with a security barrier, which was a plus. The hosts were super friendly and were always in touch, being very flexible with everything. We traveled with our dog and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the best part is that the beach is less than a minute's walk away. In addition, right across the street is a supermarket that has everything, which made life much easier during our stay. The house has everything, an iron, a microwave, a toaster, wifi, board games, etc. We didn't lack anything. In short, a highly recommended place. We would definitely go back!

everything was great, the house is very nice and cozy, the facilities of the house are in good condition. And it was easy to find it and it is a quiet and easily accessible area, if I had to put something negative it is that they were doing a small work on the outside of the house and they did not tell me otherwise everything was perfect.

Rental in real life is better than in the photo. We chose this rental by chance and were won over. The apartment is clean and perfectly equipped. The large balcony allows you to dine outside with the family. Shared infrastructure (swimming pools) is a good one. Easy communication, the person on site also speaks French. A short walk to the beach to a small supermarket and restaurants. The car is necessary to reach the surrounding cities and shopping centers. Family-friendly resort if you don't like the crowds of Alicante or Benidorm choose Pilar de Horadada ❤️

The accommodation is a 10, both Carmen and her sister are extraordinary, facilities for everything, good communication. The area is really nice, next to the beach, and the pool is right by the apartment. The apartment is beautiful with everything and no detail is missing.

Our stay was great. Maribel is very kind, we had everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious, ideal for a large group, with very comfortable common areas. It's a quiet family area, less than a minute from the beach. Very well connected for sightseeing in Murcia and Alicante. We'll be back :)

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. If you have dogs there is a nice area with grass and trees nearby to walk your pets. There is also a little bakery/cafe on the corner. It was winter so we did not get to use the pool, but the pool was very pretty and I'm sure it will be nice to use in the summer. Also, it was a short drive to ALDI, Carrefour, and the mall and not far from the beach.
