Exceptional villa with outstanding mountain views

We visited as a party of 5; 4 adults and a baby. We really enjoyed all of the facilities, both inside and outside the house. Inside became a home from home for our stay, and even in October we appreciated the air conditioning. Outside we used the pool and jacuzzi, and enjoyed simply lounging. We found Albox a surprisingly good local centre and visited several times. Des and Ruth are great hosts - they made sure that we had what we needed to visit with a baby, and even provided a new highchair which was used daily. Des replied to messages very quickly and helpfully. And of course there was the view and the sunsets........ A super stay - thank you.

Just returned from a fabulous week at Alison’s villa. Our first villa holiday, and certainly not our last. Everything was as pictured, plentiful supplies to kitchen, bedding and bathrooms. The pool and facilities were immaculate and we had some amazing BBQ’s long into the evening… Cannot fault any part of the villa. And to top it off a superb host to boot. 100% recommended.

Spectacular setting and views from the property. Ultimate peace and quiet but with handy local support from the lovely property caretakers, Lisa and Phil. Walking from the property requires a good level of fitness but not far to the coast for level walking if that’s what you want or require. Nearby Fatima’s restaurant was very good..

Amanda's house is amazing for a family holiday. Both to spend time around the pool and BBQ but also to make excursions to the natural park around the corner and the cute village of Mojacar. Everything is taking care off in full detail, so you can relax and enjoy. From kids pool toys to cooking supplies. We loved it and will recommend it to everyone!

Very secluded in an area with a lot of truck storage, a car is urgently needed. Communication with the landlord worked out great, you didn't notice at all that he lives in the house. The Hotel Restaurant am Kreis is highly recommended. Very good food. Antas is only better for early risers to use the shopping in Vera. Conclusion for us two great weeks in the accommodation to relax and reduce stress. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed for almost 2 months . This is a magical place, the peace and and tranquility are unsurpassed. The natural beauty is breathtaking! The house is perfect for a couple and 1 or 2 Children. The kitchen was very well equipped. You must get drinking water from the tap in the village centre, which is free and from the mountains. We ve used the pellet stove in the evenings, pellets are available in the stove store in turre, much cheaper than in supermarket. it's about a 15 min Drive down the mountain to Turre with bars and restaurants and a vibrant market and another 10 min to the sea. Wonderful hiking in the mountains all around. Additional gas bottle for hot water was provided and more than sufficient.Stylish decor . If you are looking for a stay in natural surroundings , palms, cacti , agave, oleanders, so much more you couldn't get better. A top class restaurant "Fatima" is just. 2 mins away. Eric and Rabea were always available and helpful!! Thank you so much for everything!

This villa was fantastic, we stayed with 2 familes, 5 adults and 5 children and we had more than enough room. It was clean tidy, the pool was maintained well and clean. The communication between Maria and I was spot on, responding to any questions straight away. Loads of secure parking and the grounds are huge. Short drive to the sea and supermarkets, but still rural enough to be quiet. Only work on points would be more amenities would have been nice. Ie, cleaning products, toilet paper, soap ect. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back! Thank you.

We've had a week at this place and really enjoyed it. The garden area and the great pool, Fernando was very attentive for the pool to be in good condition. The house is well although something old and would need some small arrangement that we communicated to the owners and said they would solve. A pleasure to have been staying there, both the children and the adults enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!

We stayed for 5 weeks in Oct and Nov and this was the perfect place for our needs. Beds and sofas are very comfortable. We were able to cater for ourselves with ease. The house is spacious and the surrounding area peaceful. The pool is fantastic and I swam on most days. It is deep, but I like swimming and also managed some aquarobic exercises on the steps into it. The views across the orange groves are lovely and the local farmer even gave us a large bag of mandarins he had just picked. Our Springer spaniel was in his element running around the large, fenced grounds and olive grove. We loved visiting the nearby towns and the supermarkets are great in Vera. Local restaurants, in particular La Cueva (walking distance) and Al Punto in Garrucha are so reasonably priced compared to more touristy resorts. The owner, the local contact and the neighbour who looks after the grounds and pool are all helpful and responsive. We were sad to leave and would happily return.

Great location. Beautiful house and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless, but the walk up the steep hill, colloquially named as Cardiac hill, was crazy. Thankfully we hired a car after three days, just to avoid the trek. Otherwise, a wonderfully enjoyable trip. Top marks and thanks to Angel. Would highly recommend this stunning house to any potential holiday makers. 👍🏻

Excellent location, with beautiful views, walking distance to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet. The house is very spacious, which makes it very comfortable, and has a terrace and a huge patio. Rosa responds to the second and is very friendly and attentive.

The Villa is in a stunning setting. We stayed here for a month and found the location gave us the peace and tranquility we were looking for. The Villa is near Bedar which has great bars and restaurants. We hired a car for the month as we wanted to explore other parts of Spain. The Villa is wonderfully home from home with two fantastic terraces to make the most of those views, a lovely pool, and everything we needed.

A clear swimming pool is framed by natural stone and surrounded by trees and colorful shrubs. The landscape reveals rolling hills under a bright blue sky. A sun lounger is positioned nearby, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the picturesque views.

This villa was in beautiful surroundings with stunning views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed with a nice pool, It was very quiet and peaceful and that’s what we were looking for. It is in a very rural location that suited us perfectly. Would happily stay again.

My family and I have had a great time in Samarkand. Wherever you are you have spectacular views and the pool is what we have enjoyed most. Celia and Juanje gave us an amazing and very pleasant welcome. We will definitely repeat!

Damian was always efficient and responsive to my messages from beginning to end. Upon arriving he warmly greeted us and personally took us to our room which was beautifully designed, very spacious, very well kept and clean with some lovely creative touches. The bed was so comfortable and had lovely views. The pool area and the landscaped gardens were very attractive. Damian also recommended a fantastic local restaurant which opened late. Thanks again Damian.

The house location is great, close to the beach and city centre (~10 min walking). It is very quiet and having the pool is a great add. Vicky and Emilio were very attentive all the time. It is well equipped with all we needed. We only missed fans for 2 of the 4 bedrooms that Emilio offered to buy however we ended up not needing as the house is well ventilated.

The accommodation is amazing, the photos don't do justice to how ideal the outside area is (the saltwater pool is the best). They were very attentive to everything and adapted to our schedules. Perfect villa to rent and spend a week with family or friends.
