Vacation rentals with a patio in Moclips

We found the home just as the photos and description said, very comfortable and homey. Filled with some antiques and lots of fun vintage decor and usable items. A very quiet location surrounded by trees with a small view of the bay. We loved their little "beach" in the yard as well as patio with chairs and table, fire pit and waterfall with tiny koi pond. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. They were responsive to our one need of clarification on using the TV streaming services and getting that running for us. We would rent from Judy again if in the area.

Beautiful and comfy. We love the ocean. Beach is within walking distance and the heated salt water pool is awesome!

It was a cozy charming condo with a path to walk to the beach. A very lovely place, I would recommend to anyone.

What a phenomenal location! We had the best time. I could walk to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. From there I could reach the beach, the fisherman's boardwalk, even Westhaven and Lighthouse State Parks. You can hear the sea lions barking and the foghorn on the jetty, very beachy ambience. You are near a fish processing plant and it's actually quite cool seeing the forklifts going by. I went out on a fishing charter and it was really great being able to make a quick 5-minute walk to the boat. Wonderful amenities, great Internet TV and DVD collection, nice shower, awesome washer/dryer, fish/surf gear cleaning station out back, and easy keypad entry. Overall we had a fantastic time and can't wait to plan our next visit! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place. It has an amazing deck to hang out on and it’s super cozy inside. It’s a super quick walk down to the Pacific Beach State Park as well. I would love to stay here again.

Shoshanna’a place was the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. We loved the quick drive to the beach, enjoying the deck and making a fire at night. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable to lounge on, but that means you should get out and enjoy all the great nearby restaurants, beaches and other activities. We spent a lot of time in Westport which has so many great seafood options. Shoshanna was super responsive and a wonderful host! She left us some beautiful flowers and a sweet note upon our arrival. This was our second time staying at this home, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The hosts are GREAT with communication, and so accommodating! Quick to respond if you need anything or have questions. They go above and beyond to enhance your experience, in an already amazing get away. We will absolutely be back in the future, I can’t rave enough about them!! I’ll always recommend!

If you are seeking a relaxing and restorative coastal getaway, I would highly recommend Sand and Sea Hideaway. A coastal gem with spa-like amenities, this property is an absolute delight. Nothing beats having your own private coastal oasis on the oceanfront. The hosts were absolutely wonderful as well. It was the perfect spot for our party of 8 adults. It was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property! The hosts were very helpful and communicative. 😊 thank you so much!

Not only was it super clean but sooooo cozy! Everything you need and more! The linens felt amazing and thank you for extra towels in each bathroom, including beach towels for the clean hot tub! This was our honeymoon and everything was perfection. Very clean very updated. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Two minutes from town where everything in seabrook is located! Probably not even two minutes. Thank you again for such an amazing experience

MeLissa’s condo was just as described and perfect for our needs. The location was amazing, right next to beach access. We came with our toddler and dog and the condo was very well equipped for kids and pets. The kitchen and house was very organized and everything was labeled and had clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

Dave and Shelly are fantastic host! There place is a piece of paradise, everything you would need is there for a relaxing stay! My wife and myself love the beach we spent alot of time walking and exploring. You can't get much closer to the beach where there condo is and the views are fantastic! And soaking in the tub with view was a plus in its self!! And have to say very clean place! We have stayed at alot of vrbo's and airbnb this was by far top notch! This place was so cozy and perfect for a romantic weekend vacation! The vibes and decor were so fun. Everything was so clean and the patio was very relaxing to hang out on. The area was pretty quiet and mellow, just the sounds of the ocean waves! The bed was very comfy — the room can get warm from the hotter days but there are a couple fans in the house that were super helpful. Carla was very sweet and quick with responding when I had questions. I had such a relaxing stay and I really hope to stay here again in the future. :)

Great location at the beach. Condo has great views of the ocean. Nice clean and roomy place. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Owner communicated well and was helpful. Hot tub at pool was nice. Owner even provided pool towels. Would stay here again. The sunsets were beautiful.

Fletcher and Janet's place was exactly what we needed to get away for a long weekend. The check in was easy, the owners were friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tubs and outdoor patio space.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. This is the second year in a row I’ve stayed for an event and I just absolutely love the location, the place itself, and all the special touches. This is a true Jim if you were staying in Westport.

Our stay was absolutely wonderfulI! The place was just as described, clean & cozy, and the beach right off the condo's is Amazing. I wish our stay was longer. It was a great weekend getaway for our family (including our dog) We will definitely be coming back again!!! ☺️

Really nice place, precisely as advertised. Kitchen is very well stocked. The unit was very clean. Plenty of space. Very kid friendly, comes with books and toys. Host is VERY responsive and helpful. overall 10/10, would book again. A few things for future bookers: It is in a condo building, and if you are a light sleeper, just watch out for this. There is no direct access to the beach without walking on a main road, but it is about a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. The closest beach allows cars on it and you will need to drive to get to a beach with no cars on it.
