Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Moab Valley

They had everything stoked in this place! From a high chair, to cooking oil and all the pots and pans, this home was a really wonderful getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate home! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations with many thoughtful amenities, including bath towels, pool towels, and even shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom—things we didn't expect but truly appreciated. The owner was very responsive when we reported the hot tub was broken, though unfortunately, we weren't able to use it during our stay. The cable in the master bedroom also didn't work, which I am sure it is an easy fix, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, it was a lovely and well-equipped place! Highly recommended!

Condo was great, clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Justin was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, living area and bedrooms were very comfortable. We appreciated the book with local hiking recommendations.

We stayed here the beginning of January. The place was clean, well stocked in the kitchen more importantly they welcomed our 3 dogs even had sheets and a towel for them. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Due to being in a great area we also visited 3 national parks including Mesa Verde in Collorado and Dead Horse Point State Park too. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning home with breathtaking views! Exceeded all expectations. Spotlessly clean, incredibly peaceful, and very comfortable. We felt completely relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone considering it! We even had some local deer visit us on arrival.

We had an awesome time at this place! It looks exactly like the photos and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. It's close to many of the main Moab attractions and the neighborhood was well kept and quiet! This was also by far the most well stocked vacation rental we've stayed in. There were baby/pet supplies, extra blankets and pillows, games, and last but certainly not least: almost every kitchen item you could possibly need (including many basic cooking staples)! The hosts were responsive and kind - they even helped us navigate a tricky hot tub situation. Even their chosen cleaning crew was kind enough to make a return trip to search for a missing wallet! Would definitely recommend this spot and will be staying here again if we ever return to Moab! :)

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

This house is great and Joyce is a fantastic host. I stayed with a group of friends for a week of dirt bike trail riding. There is plenty of space, ample seating and the kitchen is huge. It’s located on the edge of town. So it’s quiet, but activities, restaurants and shopping are a short drive. The fireplace and hot tub were wonderful after a long day out on the trails. The man cave (aka garage) is a great place to hang out and/or store your toys. We had 3 trucks with two enclosed trailers, and there was ample parking. All of us were very pleased and would certainly stay again.

This unit is in a great location to drive to Arches, etc. and to walk to restaurants and stores in town. Unit was clean, had everything needed as if Jenna had thought what she’d need for a stay in such a place/location and made sure to provide it, and safe and quiet. Bed very comfortable and having laundry w/washer,dryer and all supplies was a plus. Parking was right outside the unit. Jenna et al provided all information needed in timely manner and responded quickly to any questions. We will be back!!! Lori

Great location. Two adult couples occupied the space. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Neighborhood is quiet and the fire station is right next door. We did see red lights one night, but they must be respectful of the neighborhood and not run with sirens on. The main thoroughfare is a block or two. Most anything is walkable. We had an issue with the septic while we were there. One call to Stephanie and it was handled. Perfect response. Overall a wonderful visit and we would rent again.

As advertised. Extremely walkable to everything. After a long day of hiking, easy to clean up and walk to a nice dinner. Clean comfortable, parking on sight.

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

This the perfect place to stay for a solo traveler. I saw Arches and Canyonlands national parks, and Richard’s place was absolutely perfect for going to and from parks, while being a minute drive from gas stations and all essential stores. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to make meals. The bathroom was just spacious enough and super clean! The bed was incredibly comfortable and cozy - perfect to slip into after a very long day of hiking. The area is gorgeous, you wake up to beautiful views of the mountains in Moab, and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. I highly recommend staying here to any traveler!

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

Second stay at Sage Creek. Beautiful property with great amenities and an amazing pool area with plenty of grills for cooking out with our entire group of over 25 people. Great host, terrific property, would definitely recommend and will certainly be back again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Su Casa for a week and enjoyed every second of it. The space was beautiful, very clean and exactly as pictured. The hot tub was an awesome amenity after a long day of hiking. The space was 5 minutes or less away from every shop and restaurant we wanted to try. Plus a quick 10 minute drive to Arches. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to return!

Visited Moab for a family vacation w my brothers family of 4 and my parents and this place was perfect for our group. Great location - close to town and all it had to offer, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Thanks for hosting us!

Great stay- host was kind and provided instructions that made check in/out easy. The stay was clean, quiet, and great for a family trip! Close access to the town and for outdoor exploring.

The number one reason to book this place is the location-it cannot be beat! You have guaranteed parking- one being covered-as well as some great dining options less than a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen has all the basics that you need and the living room is comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are nice, as well as clean. An unexpected bonus came from the checkout procedures, very straight forward. Dinner: Deweys = The Spoke>La Fiesta > Zax Breakfast: Red Rock Bakery (must try the sourdough!) December is considered "Off Season" and a lot of popular eating places as well as activities are closed for winter (it is still plenty busy though). Arches NP is close by (10 minutes), Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse State Park are both about 45 min-1 hour away. We enjoyed our stay and would book again, but if #3 wasn't available I think any of The Roost accommodations would be fantastic because they all share the same basic amenities.

Great place to have as a home base while exploring the area. Well equipped, nice furnishings, just a short drive from town. Road noise was a bit more than expected given the positioning of the unit, but it really wasn't a bother. We would definitely stay again.
