They had everything stoked in this place! From a high chair, to cooking oil and all the pots and pans, this home was a really wonderful getaway.

Kitchen was full of all the things one would need to cook and enough plates and cutlery for a large dinner. Check in and out was a breeze and the home is spacious. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate home! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations with many thoughtful amenities, including bath towels, pool towels, and even shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom—things we didn't expect but truly appreciated. The owner was very responsive when we reported the hot tub was broken, though unfortunately, we weren't able to use it during our stay. The cable in the master bedroom also didn't work, which I am sure it is an easy fix, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, it was a lovely and well-equipped place! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and Justin was very helpful with a couple of extra changes that came up with our group. The home is close to town but far enough away to be a little quieter than downtown. We will gladly stay here on our next trip to Moab.

We enjoyed our stay and will book here again when we come back to Moab! Spacious living area, peaceful yard with great views, walking distance to town, fully stocked with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen items. The host left clear instructions and communicated promptly when we had one question during our stay.

Loved this place! Perfect size for our family, loved having the nearby park for the kids to play at. The house had all the necessary amenities for us through the week. Thank you for sharing your home and allowing my family a wonderful trip to Moab!

Great location. Two adult couples occupied the space. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Neighborhood is quiet and the fire station is right next door. We did see red lights one night, but they must be respectful of the neighborhood and not run with sirens on. The main thoroughfare is a block or two. Most anything is walkable. We had an issue with the septic while we were there. One call to Stephanie and it was handled. Perfect response. Overall a wonderful visit and we would rent again.

We had a great stay in Moab! The place worked well for our group and was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Destiney’s place was perfect for two of us and matched the description/photos. She also responded quickly when we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely little getaway for the weekend. Not far from downtown Moab and nearby both Arches and Canyonlands -- as well as several other parks, trailheads, etc. The place was clean, tidy, tastefully adorned, and when we had an issue with low water pressure in the shower, Richard responded right away and had the issue fixed in less than 24 hours. Great Air BnB and host!

Great place which is clean and as described, but you’ll get a lot of noise from the condo above and the road outside. But that aside, great stay!

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

Second time staying here and it was fantastic. No complaints. Will for sure stay again. Tyler was really friendly and made things easy.

Overall, Clayton’s place was a fantastic spot to spend our Moab vacation! When we arrived, the home was exactly as described. The open layout provided plenty of space for everyone to sleep, entertain, and gather comfortably, which we really appreciated. There was also ample room for all of our vehicles and toys, making it an ideal base for our adventures in Moab. Clayton was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, which made any minor hiccups easier to deal with. For example, when we found a few essentials missing, such as a working can opener and scissors, Clayton quickly resolved it. The only downside was that when we arrived shortly after the check-in time, the cleaning crew was still finishing up. Linens were in the washer and dryer, and some dishes hadn’t been put away yet. The garage door opener, which was supposed to be on the counter, was also missing. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend his place!

Visited Moab for a family vacation w my brothers family of 4 and my parents and this place was perfect for our group. Great location - close to town and all it had to offer, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Thanks for hosting us!

Great spot in downtown Moab. I’ve only ever camped in the area over the last 20 years, so it was really fun to bring my family and be walkable to downtown. Check out Moab Garage for breakfast/lunch - hands down the best food we had in town, 2 minute walk from the apartment. Great location, will definitely come back. With all that said, if you’re sensitive to noise bring earplugs - there is a lot of noise at night from the main street traffic and garbage trucks etc.

The condo was perfect for the four of us! We enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Condo is close to downtown Moab restaurants and activities, and convenient to Arches and highway 191. Definitely recommend it!
