This place was sooooo beautiful! You can park right by the elevator that leads to the apartment! If you go to the first floor you’re in the mall! It’s so convenient to have that available. This place was soooo beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend.

Recommended accommodation, central location for walking along Sixth Avenue

Carlos's apartment is a great place. It is well-located and safe! It was easy to communicate with Carlos. The apartment has all the utensils you need to prepare your food. He left some snacks, pops, coffee and ingredients to cook. It was really good!! He is a great host! I recommend Carlos's place to anyone visiting Guatemala City.

I would absolutely recommend this Unit to anyone visiting the area! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly did not want to leave. The views are amazing, the rooftop pool and gym are just perfect and the unit itself is decorated beautifully. The market is walking distance away and adventure awaits if you choose to seek it. I truly felt at home there and cannot wait to return this winter. Thank you again for everything ✌️

Great hosts, great place, clean and well equipped. Beautiful garden and amazingly big and comfortable bed. Good and peaceful neighbourhood with everything you need at walking distance.

Ericka was a very helpful and responsive host. She was quick to respond to messages, helpful in providing advice and was quick to fix things. The hot water heater malfunctioned and she came in person and then again with a handyman to ensure that the repair was done quickly and correctly. She repaired a couple of cupboard doors that had problematic hinges and replaced the coffee carafe after we accidentally broke it! We have only good things to say about Ericka and would stay in her apartment again in a heartbeat!
