Fabi and Javier always very accessible. Beautiful apartment!! Very cozy. Parking is located in another building next to the apartment, and is communicated, but you have to take two elevators, in the same place. Well located. And the building staff are very helpful.

Roberto is very friendly and interested in welcoming us, always attentive, the place comfortable and beautiful

Juan was very nice and with excellent communication.

Carlos's apartment is a great place. It is well-located and safe! It was easy to communicate with Carlos. The apartment has all the utensils you need to prepare your food. He left some snacks, pops, coffee and ingredients to cook. It was really good!! He is a great host! I recommend Carlos's place to anyone visiting Guatemala City.

Marlene is a top notch host, very responsive, and her suggestions for local dining, entertainment and kids activities was beyond helpful! Having the grocery store, restaurants and mall at the front door was perfect for our family! We were very comfortable, had all the amenities, and enjoyed the playground and pool area as well. We live locally and hope to stay again soon when we visit the city! We highly recommend Marlene!

Everything is the same as in photos, I really liked the privacy is a very quiet building, it has everything you need and is comfortable for an individual trip or as a couple. In addition to Marlene's kindness and always willing to keep an eye out for everything you need, I had never been a host so dedicated to taking care of the experience. I would definitely come back when I return to Guate.

Everything is perfect, good place, the building has a gym which for people like me that's a plus, I would definitely use it again.

Josh did something that caught my attention in a positive way. Something that shows he cares for his guests. There was a major accident in the area, so bad that the roads getting to the property were closed for a couple of hours. Josh called me to inquiry about my well being. Concern to know if I was anywhere near that accident. That just made me feel, I was home.

I would absolutely recommend this Unit to anyone visiting the area! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly did not want to leave. The views are amazing, the rooftop pool and gym are just perfect and the unit itself is decorated beautifully. The market is walking distance away and adventure awaits if you choose to seek it. I truly felt at home there and cannot wait to return this winter. Thank you again for everything ✌️

Very nice studio with a king size bed. Near the airport and Oakland mall. We had access to the pool, small playground for our 4 year old girl, rooftop terrace, and the small gym which is usefull to move and workout. It was a very good price. There is a barber shop, cafe, corner store in the same building on the first floor.

It was a good experience, everything was as much as the photos, without any noise so you fall asleep quietly without any problems, everything in the apartment was perfect, and we will definitely stay here again. Fernando was very kind and attentive to our needs. Thanks for everything.

Anlly is a very attentive and proactive person who immediately resolves any concerns. The building staff is very courteous and helpful and well mannered . In general the whole building is new well clean and very nice . I would not hesitate to return .
