My place is close to the ski slope and in summer the hiking trails. You can enjoy the most beautiful views on our 2 large sun terraces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and families (with kids). The hut is at about 1000 m above sea level with beautiful mountain panorama.

Nina was a wonderful host - always helpful and responsive and left wonderful welcome goodies for us. The property was perfect, well kept, great location, and just beautiful and comfortable. Just a note for others visiting - a large car will have trouble in the underground parking garage. My husband's car was fine there. We had to bring 2 cars so finding street parking for my big van was difficult, but that is not the hosts fault, of course. Just a note to be aware of if you're visiting. :) Many hikers seem to park on that street, plus the residents and it is always full. Everything was great at the apartment! Thank you!

What a wonderful long weekend in the Stubai valley and we could have asked for no better a place and host to make our stay amazing! The apartment feels brand new, has everything you need and is in a great location with public busses up and down the valley so you don’t even need a car! Kathi and Andi were so helpful throughout our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

This apartment truly is incredible. Located in the middle of a peaceful town, the location is perfect. Restaurants are walkable, and parking in the garage was easy. The views out of every window were amazing. The gorgeous houses, greenery and breathtaking mountain backdrops everywhere. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean. The WiFi was also fast, and the house had a smart TV. We would love to stay longer next time we are in the area!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and very suitable with baby. The location is great and it was nice to be able to use the beautiful garden of Alexandra and her family. The family is very friendly and helpful. The sauna feels luxurious and gives a real holiday feeling. Incidentally, we were not bothered by the noise of the hotel next door. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

Apartment is spacious with good wardrobe space and in each bedroom. Bus stop almost outside if you don’t fancy walk to/from lift but they provide cards for ski/boot storage at rental shop next to Nasserein lift which we used. Fresh bread delivered early each morning; cheese, ham, juice, jam & butter in fridge; and plentiful coffee, tea and sugar cubes. Will certainly consider again.

This is a really great place to stay! Modern furnished apartment, large rooms left us wanting nothing more in terms of time, when you need time for yourself, very chic and logically equipped kitchen, with several variations of lighting, a huge TV in the living room and in addition to each bedroom a private TV, super cozy shower and bathtub. Separately, I want to add that you don't need a car to get to the central station up - there is a direct 5-10 min.- Walking distance from the apartment to the Penkenbahn, along the river. We immediately felt at home.

Great accommodation. Directly at the ski bus stop to the Möslbahn or Horbergbahn. There were 6 of us and the house is absolutely sufficient with 4 bedrooms. The two showers are in a bathroom, so you should have no problem sharing a bathroom if necessary ☺️ The house is beautiful and very cozy with everything you need. Due to the wood, it is quite audible, if you have a light sleep, you should maybe take Ohropax with you with different sleeping rhythms. The communication with Andreas and Albert was impeccable and always friendly. We will be happy to come back!

we were allowed to spend a few days in this beautiful place. The location is perfect for hiking and skiing. the stylish, modern and luxurious furnishings appealed to us very much and convinced us as well as the great balcony, from which you can look directly at the Geigenbühel ski lift. Sandra was always responsive and greeted and said goodbye to us personally. Thank you for the wonderful time here, we will be happy to come back!
