We felt very comfortable right away, everything was available. Cozy, warm (January). Beautiful walks possible and also quickly in Berlin.

Ruth's place was really nice. It was all there, what you need. The bed could be a little softer. But otherwise we liked the house very much, something very special!! The house is located directly on a lake, which we unfortunately could only use for one day, but that was wonderful. But also the surrounding area offers a lot (zoo in Eberswalde, Bernau, the boat lift...) to ride a bike and enjoy nature. The weather was a bit mixed, but we enjoyed sitting by the warm boller oven in the evening. We felt very comfortable and thank Ruth again for your hospitality!! Martina and Andreas

The house is cozy, warm, and very clean. Our host was incredibly helpful and even took me to town for grocery shopping, which was much appreciated. The location is beautiful, with a scenic forest path leading to the lake just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat!

We really enjoyed my stay here! Aurelie was a super responsive and helpful host. The location is good, with a beautiful forest and lake nearby, making it ideal for small hikes and nature walks. The city is also lovely, with a charming old town center that’s worth exploring. The place itself was clean, very comfortable, and perfect for visiting with kids. Having a car is definitely helpful since shops aren’t very close, but overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a family weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. At first it was a little difficult to find the keys to get inside but eventually we did find them. The house is amazing. Has a large open area where our dog could roam around freely. The only disappointment was the ramp to the lake was not accessible but considering the cold weather it was ok. I still feel that’s the best part of the house with a wonderful view to the lake and should be repaired and made available again. We did not stay much at the house as we visited a few places around including a one hour drive to Berlin but the house is very clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to stay!

Sebastian is a great host, he was very friendly and helpful . I do recommend his place , train station is very close .

We were invited to a wedding and were looking for a place to stay with many other family members. It was a great fit and in addition to the beds, you also have more options for sleeping. That means there are several sleeping places. Also, it was clean and there were a lot of things you could use for the stay.

We are very happy with the place and the host. The apartment is spacious, superbly furnished and exactly corresponded to our expectations. The hosts are very kind, always quick to respond and responded to all our needs. Would book again immediately. Thanks to the great hosts..🙏🏾

I can fully recommend Simone and Stephan's apartment. It's equipped with everything you need and Simone is always willing to help out if anything else is needed. Regarding check-in and check-out, Simone was very flexible and accommodating. I would also like to commend the quiet location, a few steps from the lake. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

The small, bright apartment in the basement is particularly lovingly and skillfully furnished. I felt very comfortable. The well connected, yet very quiet location is unbeatable. The lake is right next door and invites you to take walks or swim. Sybil is a thoughtful host who communicates well. I can only recommend the neighborhood.

Lovely place in a great location! Very quiet, but still close to town. Excellent for relaxing near the lake, or for exploring Berlin. Lots of good restaurants in walkable distance, and easy to get around on foot or with public transportation.

We as a family of five felt super comfortable in the hut village. Andre is a wonderful, very accessible and communicative landlord. That's how you want it. The boat tour offered was top class!!! We are happy to come back to Groß Köris. Best to you and your wife, dear Andre.

Wonderful, beautifully furnished house right at the lake. The large and fully equipped kitchen and the cozy living room created a perfect setting for a few days of peace and quite in nature.

"Vacation of a slightly different kind". Chicki micki anyone can, but " Back to the roots" was a new experience for us. All the attention that Maarten and Co. made of the dilapidated estate of the 18th century. With a lot of effort, strength and money, an idyll for posterity and the general public was preserved, where Kaiser Wilhelm once had a lust. We are happy and take care of those people who face such tasks with so much commitment and courage. Sure, it's associated with more expenses in winter, but it's a little success if you manage to fire the tiled stove with wood and coal. Great location in the forest and not far away from the Scharmützelsee. Super cozily furnished, we were able to enjoy the days very much!

We had a fantastic holiday with Kerstin and Jörg and will be back for sure. We felt like at home and would help us if needed. The garden directly with lake access is a dream and especially in autumn the sauna and the fireplace were great. Relaxing and unwinding just the right thing :)
