It's very close to the Uber Arena and the price is nice. Everything was good.

We had a great time. Large and nice apartment that matched the photos. Nice staff who gave great tips.

Communication with Phillip was really smooth without problems. instructions clear and the place was exactly as shown in the pictures!

Cons: - the location is out of the way. Suggest to get a day tranport card as Berlin need a lot of walking anyway. - the window in the room can only be open ajar, when you cook the smell will be trapped inside Pros - clean - you get to see residential Berlin - there’s a kitchen in my room (not sure about other rooms) - I think the location makes it such that there’s not a lot of non-travellers

Super friendly staff, great service and absolutely uncomplicated! Could check into the room as early as 11 am, although it was not officially stated until 3 am! :)

It was very clean, check in and check out worked smoothly. If you want to be a quiet place to relax but still not far away from the city, the guesthouse is in good hands.

An absolutely wonderful place for quality time for two! In the price Inc is the wellness landscape we had for us all weekend! Super friendly staff, very tasty breakfast and cozy feel well room amenities and atmosphere, highly recommended. We will come back to everyone!

Great location, nice pool and very hospitable

We were received in a very friendly manner, someone was always quickly available for questions, the accommodation was sparkling clean and the complex beautiful. Especially great: The small garden house where you can borrow play equipment, books, etc. and buy drinks if needed. Beautiful nature in the vicinity, we primarily used it as a base for excursions to Potsdam and surroundings.

It is very nice at grit, especially the nature and the sights are just beautiful and the people there are very nice. The apartment was also good – I can only recommend it. I would especially like to mention dear Ivonne, who is very helpful and nice.

Lovely stay. Beautiful hotel in a peaceful area, but with plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep - and easy access to other parts of the city by tram/metro etc. Staff were on hand 24/7 and super helpful.

What a fantastic attic apartment. We were a family of 4 + dog, with two kids age 10 & 13. The extra bed for the kids, which is not shown on the pictures, was big enough, although a little small, had the kids been bigger. We hope to come back again.

We were already there for the second time. New apartments, beautiful view of the Spree, everything clean as described. I will gladly come back

Very straightforward and excellent. We were really able to enjoy our short vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped with what is necessary for 2 people. Very clean, bed comfortable and quiet in the courtyard. Very central location and within walking distance of the necessary. We were not there last time and would be happy to return to this accommodation with Nicola.
