The home was perfect for my birthday weekend/ homecoming in Houston! The pictures do not do the home any justice it is beautiful and the balcony view is so nice! I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable couch and bed. Nice touches: Keurig, filtered water, laundry and shower supplies. Exactly as described. It is very near a highway. Good location for driving, but it's noisy. Bring earplugs.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Ruby’s. Good location for us and a very welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home. Rudy was a great host and very responsive. We look forward to staying there again soon!

Happy to give Lea & Katie a well-deserved five-star review for their property located near Westheimer and Fountain View, just west of the Galleria. Initially, we were scheduled to stay at their 'Best Pad' property near River Oaks. However, 11 days before check-in, they informed us of significant water issues at the apartment complex housing 'Best Pad' and requested to relocate us to a 2BR/2BA property outside Loop 610 but still near the Galleria. We agreed, and Lea & Katie worked diligently to move furniture from 'Best Pad' to the new location, ensuring it was ready for our arrival without any major issues. The new property met our expectations—it was exceptionally quiet, with no disturbances from neighbors or Westheimer Road, and had a secure dedicated covered parking for our rental SUV.

I booked both houses for a bachelorette trip and this was perfect. It was within walking distance to the Third Ward when we did not want to drive for the night. Nia was very responsive and flexible with check in. Our group had a total of three cars (truck and two midsize SUV’s) that were able to park comfortably on the property. I would recommend and stay here again the next time I visit Houston. ❤️

Your house was clean and quite spacious. It was roomier than how the photos looked and even those images showed that it looked big! The living room area was comfortable and allowed all 4 of us to gather for movie nights. Its dining room accommodated us to all eat together without worrying about having enough elbow room. The air conditioning/heating were easy to adjust. All of the appliances looked new and worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

We had a great stay at Erin’s house! The house is very comfortable and stylish in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Erin responded to any questions very quickly, and when I accidentally left something at the house she was super helpful in helping me retrieve it. Definitely recommend!

We had such a nice time at Rose’s place!! We rented a boat, which made all the difference in the world. The house was very spacious with plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely back patio. Pool was not heated, so be prepared for that. We had hoped it would have been warmer, as it wasn’t really swimmable. But the lake was fantastic and the house was great! Would stay again next year!

Best bang for the buck. The neighborhood is working class and they party on the weekends so don’t expect quiet nights but I can’t complain about the accommodations. They are clean and thoughtful.
