We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs but this one was one of our favorites! It’s better than the pictures. The indoor/outdoor flow from kitchen to living room to deck makes it so comfortable and fun to hang out. The location is walkable to town and trails. It felt like home and had everything we needed to cook.

We have stayed in many Airbnb's and this is one of the best. Great location, large and comfy, spotless--and our hosts were so welcoming and informative. They made us feel very special and shared a lot of great information on the area. You will love this house.

From the welcome mat message “Yay! You’re here!” to a smooth check in, Tracy and Randy’s place made a fabulous first impression. And that impression lasted throughout our entire stay. Their home was spotless and beautifully appointed. They thought of everything that you might need in the kitchen from a Keurig (with complementary pods!) to pots and silverware and glasses and servingware. There was also a wine fridge and toaster. TVs in every room where we streamed all our favorites. The beds were so comfortable! Bathrooms were beautiful with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location was perfect - close to the beach and the pier and lots of fabulous restaurants. While close to everything, it still felt like an oasis with a breathtaking rooftop view! Tracy (whose breathtaking photography is on display throughout the home) and Randy were very responsive and had great recommendations! Easy access to SLO. Highly recommend and plan to stay there again soon!!

The location could not be beat. It was walkable to the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process went smoothly and Judi was proactive and attentive throughout our stay. Having some beach amenities like beach towels and beach chairs were very helpful, as we did not have to pack additional items. The electric fireplace worked very well to keep us warm during the cooler nights. The entire family had an amazing time and looking forward to making this our annual trip. Thank you for your hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful - well designed, spotless, and beautiful views. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What really made this stay special was the host’s kindness and responsiveness. From the moment I booked, they were incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Any time I had a question, they responded quickly and warmly, making the whole experience seamless. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Leanne’s place. The house was clean, organized, and set up with everything we needed. Leanne was great. We booked about 3 months prior to our stay and requested early check in as we had to be somewhere by 5. She was very responsive, followed up with me a few days before our stay as she said she would and again the day we arrived to let us know as soon as the house was ready. This was excellent service and I know she truly cares about her guests stay. Thank you Leanne for everything and we can’t wait to come back!

This Airbnb met and exceeded all of our expectations! We came for an organization retreat and fully used the property, its amenities, and its ideal location. Would rate this at 11/10 if we could, and would recommend any family or group of friends to book this place as it allowed us to spend meaningful time with each other. Having the beach just steps away was amazing!

Had a wonderful stay! Host was responsive and helpful with everything including directions to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. We also brought our toddler and everything was extremely toddler friendly, with booster seats+kitchen ware for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is exactly like the pictures and the location like other reviewers have mentioned is great. tons of beach toys and chairs. A little loud for the young ones if they take naps during the day but adults should be fine. we had a backup issue that was addressed within a few hours so no issues there. we damaged some towels unfortunately because we have a 1 year old and owners were understanding. highly recommend this place if you are looking for a large (possibly 1200 sqft) house near the beach that is peaceful.

Highly recommend staying here when traveling to SLO! We loved how cozy yet spacious the place was and especially enjoyed the outdoor area. Cindy is a very thoughtful host who made extra effort to have the place set up to welcome our toddler with toys, a high chair, and everything else we could have needed. The neighborhood is lovely- quiet and scenic but centrally located.

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Every single detail was so well planned out. From the moment we pulled up out front, we felt right at home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the toys and ping pong table, while the adults loved sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the hot spa. Nugget ice maker and espresso machine were a bonus that we were so grateful for. Our family had the best time & cannot wait to come back & visit. Our only regret was not staying in this beautiful home longer! Thank you for having us!

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!
