Great place very close to the beach. Came with equipment and toys for the beach.

The view here is 2nd to none! We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this house was so well stocked and perfect for our family. Steps from the ocean and walkable to markets, coffee shops, etc. Also loved the at there was trash valet and weekly window washing…the little things! Would definitely stay again!

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

The views from the living area are unparalleled. There is no other building with that 280 degree view that we saw on our walks. Appreciated the locker of beach gear, especially the wagon since we had two little kids and a baby.. lots of gear!! The layout of the rooms was fantastic - lots of sleeping options if you had two families using the space as there are two rooms with only King beds and two bedrooms with multiple options. Kitchen had what we needed but once we found Sara’s we didn’t do much cooking! If you want a longer, thicker, beach towel, bring your own but there were plenty furnished. We could have used some ziploc bags in the cupboard but otherwise - all good. Look forward to another vacation in Mission Beach! Thanks, Makela!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Studio. Its location to one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern CA was ideal. We were literally 100 ft. from the beach. It was comfortable for two adults. Ginger was very responsive to a very minor plumbing issue. It was fixed the day we reported it. We were very thankful for her prompt attention to the matter. Overall, a wonderful experience for us. The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

We had a great time at Budd and Matt’s place. It was a walkable, safe neighborhood with a beautiful view. The “roost” was spotless and comfortable. We’d definitely return if we visit San Diego. Budd and Matt were responsive and friendly, making our stay even better.

Monroe was great! Very professional and the place was pristine, clean, and good value for the price. I would stay there again next time I visit.

You cannot beat this location and the view! There's a dedicated parking spot in the building and then you can walk to restaurants and anything else you may need. It was great!

Nick was a great host. Always responsive. Good details on getting into the rental unit. The views of the ocean from this condo are amazing. Awesome sunsets. The beach is right below, and is easily accessible. The house is well stocked with towels/linens. We ate-in a couple nights and the kitchen has all you need. Note that the pool and hot tub are a couple doors down on Missouri St. I would definitely come back here.

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful location. Parking garage is in the same building but towards the back side, which was hard to understand at first. Other than that, the airbnb was very comfortable and clean. Host is very responsive and knowledgeable about area. Cute decor and it had almost everything we needed. Will book again from host.

The condo was as described and well stocked with beach items. Parking was easy and there were plenty of great food places a short walk away. The unit does get cold at night and there are 4 space heaters, two of them worked great while the other two are due for replacement. There were plenty of blankets. I'd point out that the pool and hot tub were a few houses from the property inland, and not right at the property. Also while there are great views from the unit there isn't a place on the property outside of the unit to sit and watch the ocean. The security guards at the front desk were willing to watch luggage after check out so that was a convenient bonus.

In my husband’s words, if one of our friends was looking for a place to stay, we’d recommend this condo to them! Location is fantastic for beach and restaurants. I appreciated that everyone respected the quiet hours, just as posted. Definitely a home away from home, and we couldn’t be happier with our first Airbnb stay.

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stunning and beautifully appointed beach home in walkable La Jolla location. Truly walk to beach and coffee shops and restaurants. Maria is one of the most proactive and responsive hosts we’ve ever had. Very clear communications, instructions, and recommendations. Exactly as advertised. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic spot, right on the fun boardwalk/beach…and a super easy walk either north to Pacific Beach, or south to Belmont Park. Great people-watching! The home was bright and beautiful and just as described, with plenty of room for our family and spring break crew. Thank you!

This was a wonderful beach front condo. We walked right outside to the beach to enjoy the beautiful weather then could walk all over Ocean Beach as it was a perfect location. The bed was extremely comfortable, the Kitchen was full stocked, the back patio was amazing, parking was easy…we cannot say enough good things about this place and would love to return.

First things first, we had a wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptional. Kind, available, flexible, and willing to help in every way. The location was great. Very close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants. We stayed at this location as a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 small children) and I think the space was boarding on too small for our needs. The saving grace was the yard. The kids were out there most of the time. It was nice because the space was secure enough for me to let them out there on their own. The biggest draw back was the fact that you needed to walk through the interior bedrooms to get to the bathroom. For our specific situation, this made utilizing the outdoor bedroom impossible because the person sleeping out there could not come into house to use the bathroom without walking through the rooms where the children were sleeping.

This was a fantastic rental experience. The home was in an excellent location, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. Pavel was an amazing host and super communicative. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect location with wall-to-wall windows looking out at the boardwalk and ocean. Million dollar views, a great patio and lots of great restaurants in the area.
