I almost don’t want to say how fantastic my stay was because going forward you are sure to be always booked! I absolutely LOVED Commonground! The building buzzed with positivity and happy people. The cafe and food downstairs were delicious. The music at night fun. Everyone seemed happy. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen had everything I need and more. I loved that you had games, a pack and play, a high chair, extra comfy pillows and blankets. I liked. That there were two real plants in the kitchen (which I watered and pruned for you). I suppose the only things I would say is that I miss having cable, being a news person, and the overheard lights were a bit too bright. I highly recommend Commonground.

This was a really nice, clean place with great views. The host and building manager were extremely thorough with how to locate the building and get in and were very responsive. The location was perfect, right by quite a few restaurants. 5 minute walk and you are right smack in the heart of downtown.

This was a perfect place to stay for a few days while in the area for a conference. The place was clean and comfortable. The beach access was a nice added bonus.

Linda’s place was extremely clean, nice and cozy. Her place was just as described and she added all the amenities I needed for my stay. I liked that she was personable and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend.

Great spot close to great breweries and restaurants. Easy check in and parking. Loved the balcony in the evenings.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

This spot is perfectly situated- right next to the water, near down town, sitting atop a bakery. We woke up to the smell of cinnamon every day. After evenings in town, we had a leisurely stroll right back home. The couches were comfy and perfect for hanging out just before bed. The queen futon was perfect for the other pair that stayed with us: plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels to go around. We felt very welcome here. I highly recommend staying with Mark.

Great location for ice fishing. Listing is accurate, spacious and clean. Will definitely book again and look forward to checking this home out for a summer trip. Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful!

We loved the beautiful lake views and that we could bring our dog with us. Stargazing while enjoying s’mores at the fire pit was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We could not have found a better place for our family to stay. we went skiing at Caberfae Peaks, went ice fishing on the lake, enjoyed the hot tub, and enjoyed many local restaurants. The house was beautifully decorated and all of the beds were very comfortable. The wood burning fireplace was an amazing amenity. We would absolutely recommend adding the clubhouse on, it gave our five kids endless amounts of fun. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub while 2 in of snow came down on us, it was truly a magical experience. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Great place for 3 families. We had plenty of room for everyone. The one room with the bunks and queen is located in the garage but did have a nice heater to keep it warm during our stay. I would note The road leading to the house has a large hill that was very hard to get up with all the snow we got stuck a few times but the neighbors were helpful and showed us their is buckets of sand to throw down next to it. We definitely came on a snowy weekend! Kids had a great time sledding and tubing. Would definitely book again!

Very peaceful cabin. Could be renamed “Up North Nostalgia” - reminds me of the cabins our families had growing up. I would stay here again, nice host & nice place!

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

Very clean and up to date. Decorated to feel like your at home. Amazing spa shower and king size bed was very comfortable. My husband and I have stayed at several Airbnb’s and others could take a lesson from Kara on the correct way to run a bnb. We’ll definitely be renting this spot in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend getaway here. The views were beautiful, the condo was clean, and bed was comfy. It was just a short drive to downtown. We especially loved the luxurious bathroom with the soaker tub and the living room with the big windows. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and was well stocked with the essentials. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable condo with only a short drive to downtown Traverse City. Very nice location! Great communication from booking to checkout. We would definitely book again.
