Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mishawaka

We stayed at Cindy’s place to attend a Notre Dame game. It was perfect for our family outing! The neighborhood was quiet and the house had a great setup for gathering together, with private space for the baby to sleep too. I hope we can come back again!

The location is great and the house was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Notre Dame and especially if you are going to a football game.

We really enjoyed our night in South Bend!! Cristin was gracious enough to let us check in early due to the time of the game, which we really appreciated. The house was perfect for our night and the location was great to go to the game!! I highly recommend Cristin’s home!

This cozy comfy home was exactly what we were looking for, for a game day weekend at Notre Dame. Clean home within walking distance to everything we needed. Felix was friendly and proactive in all communications! would recommend to anyone coming to town for a game weekend or otherwise

My husband, a friend and his two sons stayed here for a Notre Dame Game. They had a great family weekend and everything at the house was very nice. Snacks and additional items were left which was an amazing touch, that was above and beyond. It was a quick Uber to the game and within walking distance to restaurants. Overall a great experience.

Our family came to celebrate a big birthday and see a game! We stayed two nights. The hosts were there when we arrived and were so friendly! We were traveling for my husband’s 50th and they even gave him a Notre Dame sign. There is a nice area in the back and we had our own little tailgate before the game. The house was very close to the stadium. We walked to and from campus twice on Friday and then again for the game on Saturday.

This stay was beyond our expectations. For instance, the contenential breakfast was a nice touch. We always had our privacy; yet we chatted several times with Tim and Suzanne. Poppy their dog was friendly and didnt jump on us. The brick wall in the space helped it feel warm and inviting. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was close to the bed. The windows had pull down blinds which let in light while giving privacy. The blackout drapes allowed us to nap during the day. The bathroom was pristine and was large enough for two. The kitchen was amply appointed so that I was able to cook anything. It was so clean, I didn't feel I needed to wash the dishes before use. If the weather had been better we would have used the huge outdoor space to relax with coffee in the morning. Thank you, Tim and Suzanne for an enjoyable stay. We will be back.

I visit the area often and have had the opportunity to stay in most all of the downtown AB&B's Niles has a great selection of charming properties downtown by the river but this is hands down my favorite property in Niles! It is private, quiet, secured with 2 locked doors, charming, cozy, clean and great restaurants choices. BUT this property also has amazing hosts that try to think of every detail to help you feel welcome... from toiletries in case you forget something, to snacks or water in the fridge... this may seem crazy that something this simple makes the review but last week when I checked in late the unit was already at a comfortable 72 degrees! The last 3 visits to other properties I had to wait an hour to get the room to a comfortable temperature before settling in. This is a great property, with great hosts.... it is exactly what I hope for in an Air B&B.

Great hosts! We were welcomed and given a full tour by the host as we arrived. The place was as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, super safe area. Highly recommended.

A house with a distinct character. Do ask Stephanie to tell you its story: you will not be disappointed even if you are not a historical architecture buff. The breakfast she makes is also outstanding (that by a person who does not eat breakfast, so caveat emptor.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelly and Addison’s house for a Notre Dame football weekend. They were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and location was convenient to campus. The breakfasts were AMAZING. The common space had all of the entertainment you could want - pool table, tv, music, board games. Beau, the dog, is friendly but not intrusive, very sweet and quiet. Shelly was considerate and aware enough to ask about food allergies/restrictions and they accommodated our daughter’s nut allergy with great care. Lots of thoughtful touches like phone chargers in every room, snacks and beverages for guests, essentials in the bathroom, etc show how well they take care of their guests. We would highly recommend staying here and this will be the first place we look for when we’re in the area again. Loved it!
