We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

We enjoyed our stay with Nicolò, Roberta and Thor incredibly! ☺️ We traveled together with our two-year-old daughter who slept with us in bed and the location of the apartment was perfect. The long sandy beach is right outside the door (a few meters) and there are small playgrounds everywhere. The communication with Nicolò and Roberta has always worked smoothly. We would definitely come back if we were in Rimini again. Thank you for everything! ☺️🤗

we have spent 3 nights in Giordanos appartment. It was great stay. Appartment is close to bagnia 88. Communication, checkin and checkout went very good. Giodano welcomed us with cold water and pesca juice. I can very recommend it.

The apartment is conveniently located because it's close to everything ( restaurant, beach...) but very quiet. The staff of the residence are welcoming, friendly and available to help. You have the option to borrow a bike for your short trips. The apartment is very clean and the towels were even changed twice during our 10-day stay. If we go back to Cesenatico, we're definitely staying here!

Apartment with an excellent location and spectacular views. The area is very quiet and the apartment has a large terrace and is very well equipped for a beach vacation stay. (In particular I loved being able to contact several towels.) I definitely recommend it.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Great accommodation location for both tourists or nearby Ironman participants. It's close to the walking street with lots of great restaurants, delicious food, and affordable prices. The house was also great for us. The host was extremely friendly and helped us as much as possible.

Everything was perfect, very clean apartment. The owner is accurate and available. Great experience, highly recommended!

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Daniele’s place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to sea. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting, and I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.

How to feel at home... Anna Paola and her husband are wonderful people and immediately available (even to solve a very small problem immediately resolved by them).
