Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

Luis is a very friendly and available host, who stayed available anytime during our full stay and took care of providing us detailed information for our stay (indications to arrive to the apartment, video of the apartment, links with info on things to do in Berlin, etc.) The apartment is really nice, last floor (without elevator), high ceiling, very quiet with a nice balcony and fully equipped kitchen, We were a group of 6 persons and the size and equipment of the apartment fitted us perfectly! Will come back!

The apartment was very good for a family of 4. Conveniently located next to the Berlin Wall Memorial, in a quiet area with transportation nearby, as well as a large supermarket and some restaurants. Regarding the layout, the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor and the 2 bedrooms are in the basement. One of the bedrooms overlooks the main street or passes a tram (the tram noise was not disturbing in our case). The second overlooks the back which is very calm. The large bathtub was really a plus after long days of walking! Direct tram from Nordbahnhof main station, and self access to the apartment is extremely easy. We recommend the address!

We had a great stay in this modern furnished apartment! We were particularly impressed by the lovingly designed bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and left nothing to be desired. Everything we needed was provided. Technically, the apartment is up to date, and the clear labeling of the appliances made it very easy to use. A highlight was the projector with the screen, which gave our evenings a special touch. For our group of 4 people, the sleeping arrangements were more than sufficient, the large bed even offered space for everyone! There was also a side bed and sofa as extra sleeping arrangements, but the bed was so comfortable that we decided to all sleep in it. The location was perfect: a quiet area with easy access to the tram and only minutes away from Friedrichshain. Fabian was a great host, helpful and quick in his responses. We highly recommend this place!

A lovely quiet rental with a large open plan living area, very bright with large windows. I agree with other reviewers that there was a sweet scent but it was easy to air the apartment and didn't hugely negatively impact. It was immaculate and very close to public transport. Uber back to the airport was 68 euros for seven of us. Some of the amenities are very modern but we managed to work them. Would prefer a manual to refer to rather than having to refer back to the online guides. Neighbourhood felt safe and the rental was spacious with everything we needed. Could do with more "sit soft" options in the living room and a normal mirror in the dressing room (it was darkened so difficult to use as a regular mirror) then finally a hook to make the shower over the bath useable as a second standing shower. Overall we really enjoyed this place - we are in our forties and our five children aged 12-15. All were impressed! Thank you!

This has to be one of the very best Airbnb’s in Berlin. It is worth it. The host is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

The apartment is as described. Ulf was a great host. The location is convenient - a 15 minute walk to Pankow train station, several bars and restaurants very close by, as well as having a grocery store nearby.

Great house, plenty of space, comfortable bed, large kitchen, thoughtful and decorated with love. Also, everything was sparkling clean. Communication was nice and easy. I can only recommend the apartment and would come back. You can relax well here. Thank you!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay ! Spotlessly clean , super chic and modernly furnished . We felt so comfortable . Communication was really great! Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

Beautiful cottage, we were 4 people and we had a lot of space. Kitchen was fully furnished, living room cozy, spacious bathroom and second toilet, and also the bedrooms were spacious. In the summer you will also be able to sit outside under the veranda or in the garden, now at Christmas that was a bit fresh. There were cozy Christmas decorations everywhere. The beds were already made and there were plenty of towels available, even tea towels and dish soap. WiFi works well, and there were several TVs, but we didn't wear them. In addition, Heike is also a very friendly host, so as far as we are concerned, recommended and subject to repetition. Thanks again Heike!

We stayed with 7 people in Tinia's place and had a wonderful weekend. The whole house is very cozy and stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. We especially liked the huge living room, the terrace and the large garden!

A fantastically beautiful house with garden!, a very tasteful remodeling of an old villas... to rent something like this was a gift! And the kitchen!!! Anja and Markus were so hospitable, and although we arrived much later, the two made us feel like we were welcome guests. Never was a busy weekend (20th gospel workshop in Mühlenbeck with the pastor's family Hasse) so relaxed and beautiful. We immediately felt at​ home. So, warmest recommendation. You have to treat yourself or woman like that!!

Were completely satisfied. Everything is as described and seen in the photos. The apartment is very quiet, but still close to life. S-Bahn directly around the corner, ample parking available. Lennard is extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment was sparkling clean and not delivered with unnecessary stuff, but very functional. Clear recommendation :)

We stayed for a week and it was all wonderful. The accommodation is spacious, cozy and well equipped. It was very quiet and the direct proximity to the water and nature with its beautiful paths is fantastic. Niels is also a very friendly and great host. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back.
