Villa vacation rentals in Miramar

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The place was just perfect – clean, modern and only a few minutes' drive from the beach. The host Janna was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by the breathtaking views from the nearby Cap Negre and the quiet location, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to restaurants and shopping facilities within 15 minutes by car was another plus. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca!

Fernando Fantastico!! Fernando has been a Superhost for a long while and we now know why. Nothing was too much trouble. On the rare occasions he couldn't immediately answer his mobile he would call back or message very quickly. As mentioned in other reviews, the pool, pool area and gardens are fantastic. Fernando built the villa himself over 20 years ago an like most us, 20 years of wear and tear mean there are bits and pieces that are showing a little age. However, Fernando makes the absolute best of what his lovely home has to offer. The villa is quite secluded. Expecting to use taxis in this area is a very patchy business. Although Fernando helped us out on several occasions, it would be very unfair to continue to make demands on him and so having hire cars is an absolute must. Beach a 10 min walk. Tip: Shop at LIDL (around 7km). To just use this place as just a base would be a waste. We spent 95% of our stay within the villa and loved every single second. Thank you Fernando

We were met by the brother Kris. A very kind man who can speak English well. He won't bother you at all but is always there when you need him. What stands out for me is the area and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and had a nice temperature. The airconditioning is very advanced not those old fashioned ones. Every room has his own ac. The beach is very close by. +-12mins. and you will find yourself at a beautiful beach. Benidorm is also close by and I strongly recommend going there. We did our groceries there at Lidl. It also has a nice mall. All with all a perfect location which is very quiet and peaceful and at the same time it has everything you need close by. I thank the host and her brother sincerly for a nice stay.

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great setting provided you enjoy being a bit remote from more touristic cities and beaches, fully equipped the way a house is equipped when owners sometimes live in it. Five real bedrooms plus a couple of extra areas which can accommodate additional younger guests, perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The host Mathieu and his team are extremely nice, reactive, willing to find solutions quickly for any minor problem that may arise. I would rent this house again in a heart beat, and would easily recommend it to my friends.

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks with a group of 11 including 2 families with 4 young children 2-6. The villa had everything we needed and wanted in a beautiful area only 10-15 minutes drive away from some incredible beaches. The biggest draw to this villa for us was the pool, though, and it did not disappoint! We chose to pay extra to have it heated and it was well worth it as we used it everyday. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs and the many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view outside. The stairs were always a worry because of the kids, but as to be expected and luckily no one had an accident! Also, The host was very helpful in answering all of our questions before booking. We agreed we’d probably stay again if we ever came back to this area!

Everything is great, the house is very clean, tidy and complies with what is shown in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any suggestions from their guests. An entire experience, both during the stay at the house and in the surrounding environment. Super recommended and trip to repeat.

Stayed at the villa for a girls trip for my Auntys 60th. Kevin the host messaged me and responded to my requests/queries weeks before we arrived. Kevin went shopping for welcome drinks for us on my request. Kevin met us at the property and gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how it all worked. Everything about it was great. The pool was lovely and lots of space. Kevin arranged all our taxis into Benidorm each night. It’s 20 euros per way in a taxi into Benidorm centre. Be aware there are 2 streets with the same name as the villa one of which is in the centre of Benidorm. This caused a lot of confusion booking our airport transfers and when trying to get taxis back on an evening. Always keep correct address on you! Only con was some of the rooms didn’t have air con just fans so it could get so hot when sleeping! It is not walking distance to Benidorm drive only. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks

we recently stayed at Monica's for a hen party. it was a really spacious villa, the pictures are representative of the villa, good location and only a 10euro taxi ride to the centre of benidorm. we met Jamie for check in and he was very friendly and responsive over messages, giving recommendations of local amenities and taxi's. we had a great 5 day stay for the hen party. thanks very everything👌

Amazing villa, was exactly how it looked in the photos

Words cannot even describe how beautiful this villa is, the pictures don’t do it enough justice! We were overwhelmed with excitement when we arrived. Supermarkets, Restaurants, bars and the beach are about a 20 minute walk away (all down hill). The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we wanted to book taxis. Checking in and out couldn’t have been any smoother. We will 100% be visiting again. We felt right at home and the hosts were extremely helpful.

Our stay at Stephane’s far exceeded our expectations, it’s got everything you need, there’s so much space inside and outside of the villa and it’s absolutely stunning. We had 4 young children in our party who all loved their stay. The supermarkets and all amenities, restaurants and beaches are an 8 minute drive away so the location was superb. Despite it being over 30 degrees in Alicante at the time, because of the position of the villa it had a lovely breeze so it never felt too hot. The owners were very responsive with any minor issues that we had, we’d go back again in a heartbeat, thankyou for having us!

The villa was lovely - we spent a lot of time around the pool, lots of loungers and space for all of us. The tennis court was a bonus - we enjoyed a few games in the evenings when it was a bit cooler. Fantastic peaceful location. The nearby beach, which is a short walk, is small but very nice and we recommend Mandala beach bar.

exceptional view. very nice pool. breakfast, lunch or dinner facing the sea on one of the terraces: very nice! nothing to complain about. Only difficulty: walking traffic from the house ( but Ann has nothing to do with it) no sidewalk! nice rental

Five stars is little to rate this accommodation, the punctuality and kindness in the reception, then the house is incredible and the photos do not do it justice, it is in an unbeatable location, everything was very clean and we enjoyed a great week. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace of mind, spaciousness, and cleanliness.

Lovely Villa in a nice quiet area

Second time visiting this villa. It’s a good location, walking distance to little beach bars for a drink at the end of day, or a swim off the rocks there. Mas y Mas supermarket is a 2 minute drive with everything you need. Villa is clean, comfortable with everything you need and good value. We have visited Moraira a good number of times now and stayed in other villas , but they are often a long way up the hills and no where near walking distance to anything. The fact that this one is so close to the beach, with everything you need so close by, makes it Ideal.

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. We had amazing holidays. Thanks, Karen!

What a stunning villa! Pool was great, even bigger than in the photo. We had a fantastic week at this place, plus: communication with the host went well. When the fridge was broken, a new one was delivered the day after. Recommended!

My partner and I visited this Villa for a two week break. It was a lovely peaceful stay. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and lots of outside space. The pool is lovely and kept very clean. We spent lots of evenings having BBQs. Tracy was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definetly be returning. mairi's house is an excellent option to visit Jávea. Gather all the features that a vacation home should have and therefore ideal to enjoy every moment of your stay. The house and the estate are better than what the photos show...pool and wonderful environment, the views, ample space to park in the estate 2-3 cars. the house with a thousand details of style and good taste, the perfect air conditioning, the spaces to eat diverse and well thought about the spaciousness of the bedrooms and kitchen... in the end a really good vacation home. Casa Cádiz is a cozy house at a good price, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Nearby you have all the necessary services such as supermarkets, shops and gas stations. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to spend days with the family.
