IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Ermocolle is a villa on the hill close to the sea. There are three cute rooms with private bathrooms and conditioned-air. There are also a smart kitchen, living room and a private terrace. Around vegetable garden, fruits and olive trees. Our place is on a hill close to the cities and the beaches between Gaeta and Sperlonga.

We stayed for 5 days with 3 girls from Rome and Naples on the occasion of a business meeting in smartworking, each had her own privacy in the house with the 3 bedrooms, good wifi connection and thanks to its central location in Terracina, we had no problems going out to lunch or dinner to eat in restaurants or pizzerias (excellent that of Giu Giu' right in front of the house). Supermarket and beach less than a 2-minute walk away. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea for breakfast. Convenient reserved parking and garage right below the house. Fully equipped kitchen even though we never cooked. Thanks again to Marco for his helpfulness and courtesy with suggestions for the area, not least his historic center and cathedral.

Cozy, clean and spacious house and, very important, with a parking space. It is located in a quiet setting with all the comforts a few meters away and very close to the sea. Grazia was very kind, attentive and helpful. Despite the bad weather, it was a pleasant stay. I think we'll be back with the hope of a more lenient time!

We had a great stay at Alex's place. He and his employee Emma were very friendly and always available. The apartment is very clean and spacious! The kitchen is beautifully large. We especially liked that all utensils were sufficiently available (plates, pots, drying cloths, and much more!) The location is very central in the historic center of Terracina. The apartment has air conditioning. Due to its central location, it is of course always very noisy at night until about 2/3 in the morning, especially if you sleep with open windows, you should know that. But it didn't bother me because I had earplugs with me. When the windows are closed, it is significantly quieter. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach (about 8 minutes by mountain). The only improvement suggestion would be to buy a thicker mattress for the sofa bed, the current one is really very thin! Overall, however, a clear recommendation for Alex's place! We would go again! Thank you!

I was with my family (3 small children) in Barbara's home. It is located about 400 meters from the sea and we had a good time because there is really everything you need and the house is very well kept! The rooms are spacious and offer the necessary amenities. The area is quiet and there is a playground very close by. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara and I want to emphasize her kindness and availability in meeting our needs, as well as the flexibility she gave us for check-in and check-out. A really 5-star host! Great communication with the hostess. Unfortunately, check-in was later due to traffic jams, which was not an issue. The house is small, but absolutely sufficient for a nice holiday. The yard is completely enclosed so we could let our two chihuahua run free. The distance to the beach is as indicated, absolutely great!
