Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this cabin while celebrating my 21st birthday with family. The photos don’t fully capture how scenic and beautiful the place is. The kitchen and living room were spacious, filled with natural light, and perfect for gathering. The entire house, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, was clean and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the backyard and deck. The sunset over the lake was stunning, making for great photos. We even saw a couple of deers as well. Despite visiting in late March with temperatures in the 40s, the hot tub was a game-changer—clean, warm, and incredibly relaxing. The downstairs and under-deck area also provided a great space to unwind. The only minor inconvenience was a slight sulfur smell in the water, which disappeared after flushing. Additionally, the foosball table could use some attention as I believe the orientation of the players are backwards. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway.

INCREDIBLY KID FRIENDLY! This house was perfect for my family with an infant and toddler! My toddler had some toys and books to play with and my infant had access to a pack and play and a high chair! We will look for this listing first anytime we make our way back to Duluth!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

Perfect for our short stay, in town only one night for a concert at US Stadium. Very close to venue and restaurants alike. Charming house, my teen girls adored the decor especially their vanities. Found beds to be pretty comfortable and I’m 6 months pregnant so thats saying something! The steps are steep/short planks however owner informed me of the bathroom being upstairs prior to booking knowing I was pregnant and looking for an easy traverse home. For the short time we were here it was a non issue and I would definitely stay longer in the future! Easiest checkout I’ve experienced while using Airbnb w no list of requests just lock behind you which was really nice to be able to just roll out in the AM Great communicator throughout our stay including when we had a question at 11:30 pm when returning from concert, got response immediately. Family walking their dog commented on the lovely blooming tree in the front yard, and I agree it was so pretty for our spring stay!

Tim was awesome and the place was just as described. Tim is very quick to respond and easy to get a hold of if needed. The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed/wanted to have an enjoyable stay. We are a family of 4 with two children under 12 and had enough room for all of us in Cabin #4. The lake is very clear and the fishing was good. Hoping we can make a return trip next year.

This apartment is nice and cozy, and the proximity to Marshall is very convenient. The building itself is REALLY neat, since it’s an old bank, and the quirky furnishing of the apartment adds to the unique experience. Sunny was there to greet me and help me get settled in, which made the end of my long road trip a lot less stressful. She is also very communicative and is frequently on site to tend to the property and answer questions. Milroy itself is a cozy and friendly town. There are sidewalks for walking and a nice shaded park area right across the street. There’s also a decent bar/restaurant within a short walk from the apartment, but I didn’t visit it during my stay. My only big issue stemmed from the lack of internet in the apartment, as I often work remotely, but Sunny was quick to help me organize a solution! Overall, the amenities provided were plenty for me to live comfortably, and I only had to buy a few specialized kitchen things for myself that weren’t available.
