I had a delightful stay at Jimbo's Bunkhouse. My host was very helpful and responsive. I enjoyed the ammenities and surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for my bachelor party and it was a great place!! Enough beds for everyone. Nice little patio outside with a grill too. Would absolutely stay there again!!!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed Jeremy and Kate’s hospitality! The hostel was clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked. Made us feel right at home! All the main state parks and hiking trails are just 15-30mins away, which is another huge bonus!!

So friendly. So beautiful and peaceful! We stayed in October and were one party of 2 staying at the time. The Queen suite was perfect! Our 4 kiddos loved it, including the 2 teen girls. Perfect little kitchenette, and we grabbed some things from the main hostel space downstairs. Made half of our meals at the hostel, ate out the other half. Kate was so kind and hospitable. We made reservations for later this year and can’t wait. Hoping for snow🤞🏻😊

Another great stay at the Hungry Hippie Hostel. Just finished section hiking the SHT... Northern Terminus to Grand Marais. Great location for that. Nice showers and comfy/cozy bed and pillows. Like the addition of the new Keurig machine. And you still can't beat the view of Lake Superior from their place. And Charlie and Clyde are the best.🐾

This little hostel in the woods is great! We came in after dark in the evening and left while it was still dark the next morning so we didn’t get to walk around but it was a cute little farm, a couple of dogs runnigg by around. The hostel was clean and the bathrooms a great size. The common area was great for conversation with other guests. It’s only about a mile from the trail system. The hostel is cute and cozy and we would stay there again.

We loved hearing the loons from the bedroom and enjoyed the lake view from the porch in the morning.

it's always a joy to stay at the hungry hippie hostel! I meet the nicest people, and the short snowshoeing loop was fun too.

our room was comfy and quiet. It is easy to get to the hotel, plenty of parking sports and there are a lot of restaurants and stores around. The customer service is great and they helped whenever we needed it. we could not use the pool, but it looked clean. This will definitely be our option next time we come to this city.

Had a wonderful stay. Clean and quiet. Loved the room we had. We kind of missed not having a complimentary breakfast and coffee, but the restaurant across the parking lot was delicious.

Great place to stay. only thing is frig doesn't get cold enough to store milk. other than my family getting scared because police surrounded hotel the stay was great.

Great place to stay with our pup! There was a little courtyard we could access right from our room to let her outside, and the staff was super friendly!

A delightful surprise as we enjoyed the bistro's decor and friendly people-guests and staff! The patio has gas fireplaces and a comfy nook. Our room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Guide books, chocolate mints, coffee--all in the room. Great customer service... I forgot something and they returned it. Highly recommended.

This is such a hidden gem - LOVED staying here with my husband, it was so cozy, getting to wake up to Lake Superior every morning up close and personal was truly breath taking. We also enjoyed the sauna on the property during our winter stay, such a perfect touch. So close to Lutsen and Grand Marais, I’d stay here again! Highly recommend.

The Anderson House was built in 1856, two years before Mn became a state. It is a well preserved hotel and well worth the stay. It has a great breakfast on Sat and Sunday.

This was a wonderful stay. Beautiful view, and great location. The directions were very clear, it was easy to find, and we felt safe and secure even in the middle of everything nearby. The Nespresso was a great perk, the hosts responded quickly to requests and we will definitely be back. The walls are definitely thin enough to hear neighbors in other rooms but it was not enough noise for it to disturb our stay.

Very cute motel! Super clean, very well thought out, and organized to the T. Everything you need. My one wish was that there was an actual restaurant on property. That was a bit of a bummer, but Nic suggested a great Mexican restaurant across the street which was super yummy with fresh hot tortilla chips and salsa when you arrive! Nice heated bathroom floors and shower, although the water was luke warm in the morning which was unfortunate. I’m guessing the water heater was small or shared by other units. But I’d definitely stay there again. Very cozy and full of Hygge!

Second time staying at Wayne and Jill’s place. Everything was as expected, unit was very clean and had everything you need for a great vacation. The golf course is also very nice and well maintained. You can’t find a better place to stay!
