Apartment vacation rentals in Mindelo

Seemingly nice, close to everything, clean, quiet, discreet, it's what I was looking for. The person who welcomed me very nice and very responsive. I already knew the apartment because my mom had booked and she wasn't on it. no complaints.

We are so pleased with our stay at RM apartments! I can highly recommend this place.

Great place with a great view! Quiet and peaceful. The only thing i would suggest is change the single beds to doubles. They are to small for adult size people. Other than that it was a great stay

We stayed in Mindelo for 5 days and the apartment was perfect for us 4. Spectacular views of the city, mountains and sea from the apartment. A supermarket is downstairs in the building and the apartment is very well equipped and very clean. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes or drive very cheaply for no €2 by taxi. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free via contact person/security. We had really great days in Mindelo with excursions also to Sao Antao, and relaxing in a nice spacious apartment. Lovely flat, especially the balcony

Great apartment with spacious balcony. Panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. We felt very comfortable. The center is a very easy walk to. Amenities were great, everything clean, modern and well maintained.

Nuun was there at our arrival even though it was late in the evening. We even got locked out one night where he responded and organised for us to get back in immediately! The apartment was beautiful, with stylish decor and the highlight is the stunning view! Recommend staying here if visiting Sao Vicente!

Overall good stay, the apartment was very clean and had everything that was needed (from a washing machine to the coffee machine). A plus is that it has 2 showers. Lastly the distance to the beach is less than a 10 minute walk which is lovely.

We could cook and everything was more than available with optimal kitchen items. Your apartment is on the beach and the view is beautiful. You will see the fishing boats and there is a nice restaurant nearby.

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

I spent one month in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect! from the friendly welcome from the host and her responsiveness in helping me with any question, to the central location, comfort and space of the apartment, this was the perfect home away from home. The flat is very spacious and breezy and has an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, and I loved having a washing machine. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Not to mention the place was super squeaky clean and it exceeded all my expectations. I would book it again in a heartbeat!

At home it was optimal! Very spacious, bright, airy. It cleans every day by very nice ladies. Great location, 10 min walk from Laginha, 5 min walk from a supermarket and surrounded by several restaurants, banks and ice cream shops. Very quiet neighborhood. Whenever it was necessary, Mr. Artur resolved all that we asked for as quickly as possible.
