Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Giordano has a great apartment just outside the city centre of Mindelo, very close to Laginha Beach. With a balcony you can enjoy sunset every day. Apartment was clean and had everything you need. There was some construction work in the building and the area but only during the day so if you are away you will not notice. Take the taxi driver Giordano recommends so you will get to the right place directly!

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. This was an amazing stay

Nuno was very friendly and always helped us with any questions or gave us tips. The check in was great, we were even allowed to check in a little earlier due to time constraints. The apartment was very clean, is very modern, new and beautifully furnished. Walk 5 mins to the beach, about 20 mins to centre of Mindelo and the view from the balcony is so beautiful. Thank you! Everything was perfect.

I stayed at Jailza's apartment for a month and worked as a digital nomad of Mindelo. Everything was available for a long stay. The location of the apartment to the city (shopping, markets, restaurants) was great and after a short walk I was on the magnificent beach of Laginha. Internet was very stable and working was very pleasant due to an extra office chair. I felt very comfortable in Jailza's apartment and can only recommend it.

it was just as described in the ad. big and clean appartement with a big terrace with sea view. It's a little disruptive because there is currently a lot of construction going on in the nearby area. The terrace is huge and great but it would have been even better for me if it had more shade. The owner responded immediately to all of our requests and helped us with tips. I recommend
