It was a very nice cottage. The clean and spacious hot spring was great.

I visited in the winter, but there were plenty of heaters such as air conditioning, so I had a pleasant time! The second floor is very spacious, with a sofa, etc., making it very easy to spend time! Outside, the starry sky in the mountains was the most beautiful!

Close to snow field parking is very convenient in the surrounding area! Host quick to respond to messages clear and accurate instructions prior to check in It was an awesome experience!

This place is great. Not many foreigners go to Kusatsu Onsen in the first place so the staff being friendly is great. The location is remote (about a 20 minute walk from town) and the walk gets old after about a day considering how many hills there are. I knew this when I booked the place, though. Kusatsu is worth it no matter the walk regardless. The only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that it's cold and I think the kerosene heater broke on night 2. Either that or we're just morons. Either way, fixing the room heaters should be a priority. This minor inonvenience was forgiven when the staff took us to the bus station in a snowstorm, saving us a long and brutal walk. Very kind of them.

This place was so cute & homie! Perfect location for our 1 night stay in Kusatsu. The cottage came with everything you need from shampoo to condiments. The host was responsive and very accommodating! 10/10

Woww. This must be one of our most favorite stays in Japan! The actual place definitely looks even better than in the pictures! The two-floor apartment (a house really) is so spacious and so tastefully decorated. The house has so many glass windows that let in a lot of sunlight, a lot brighter than in the pictures! A perfect place to relax and spend a wonderful evening with friends and family especially after a full day of a skiing trip. We loved the kotatsu and the gas fan heaters. :))) We loved everything about the house really. Sayuri was wonderful host. We greatly appreciated our time at your place. Thank you so much!

It was easy to get to and from the slopes by shuttle bus, and the room was very clean because it was newly built.The owner's communication was very quick, kind, and easy to understand.

The check-in time on the day changed, but they handled it flexibly. The service and explanations were polite, and I want to stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Tani House. The host welcomed us personally and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. She was always available if we had additional questions or requests. As for the house, although it is an old traditional house, the beautiful renovation makes it so it is very comfortable and offers any facility you may need. It was a joy to spend time in the house and its design. A plus was the river that was perfect for swimming and only a 3 minute walk. It is perfect for exploring both the Yuzawa and the Tokamachi area. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent, gabriel showed us with a video how to get there and in it is everything very nice. Spectacular scenery.

They communicated very politely from the booking stage to the stay. We also changed the arrival time suddenly on the day of arrival, but you were very accommodating. They were always concerned about the temperature of the bath, and prepared in the morning.The open-air bath was also very pleasant. I also took photos with Akita Dog, and I had a surprising and fun time, and it was a very good memory.I'll stay again if I get the chance.Thank you very much.
