Hazel was responsive and helped with getting me acclimated to the airbnb. It was extremely seamless once I arrived at the property. The property grounds is nice and I felt very secure, especially because they have security 24/7. The location of the place is a little bit away from town, but it's a nice escape from all the touristy areas. I'd stay again if I come back.

We had a great experience in staying at this place. The staffs know how to provide great services, not to mention you can also coordinate with the key holders for smooth and comfortable stay. The room is clean and just enough for people staying for vacation, they provide easy access to appliances, all of them are reliable. I'm always happy to recommend this place, we'll definitely visit and be back here soon.

Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at Froilan’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both work and relaxation. The location was perfect—close to convenience stores and Festive mall. yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. Froilan was fantastic—super friendly, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Iloilo City and would definitely stay here again in the future! 🩷🩷

Our stay here was wonderful. Hermelinda was always quick with responses when we asked questions. He gave us a ton of local beach, activities and restaurant recommendations. The staff at the location were wonderful and always so friendly. When we extended our stay by a few days he offered to have our room cleaned with fresh linens.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

Nice and Cold place. Definitely book again

After a short check in with a beautiful and smiling girl, we were greeted by a room with fragrant and fresh bedding...the entire apartment is planned with common sense so that the tourist can feel as good as possible...only pool too small to swim in...

We were very happy with our stay at Felipa's guesthouse! We spent our 3 days 2 nights trip there very comfortably. The unit we were provided had a sort of loft type bed for two and two more beds were placed on the floor. We loved this setup because it was very comfortable for us 6 people. The TV was nicely placed in front of the beds so we had a good time watching shows that we brought in our USB. The kitchen had everything we needed: an electric stove, a refrigerator, a percolator, a rice cooker, utensils, and also pots, pans and glasses. The bathroom was clean and the shower even had a heater. The water pressure was strong most of the time, but occasionally, the water goes off late morning to around lunch time. The sink was a bit clogged but still very much functional. The toilet was clean (although there was a bit of yellow tint there that we think can be removed easily enough with some bleach) and there was a bidet. Kuya Edward, the caretaker, is very reliable and is easy to reach out to with his mobile number. He recommended to us places to visit as well as packages we could avail for island hopping and inland tours. He also took care of our registration for entry to Puerto Galera so that we could speed up the process of our arrival at the Balatero port. (For context, we took the RoRo boat from Batangas to Balatero.) One of the highlights of our stay was our dinner at the breezy roofdeck. Kuya Edward laid out a table and some chairs there so at night, we brought our takeout food there. There is an Andok's branch within driving distance so that was very convenient. And most important of all is that the place is pet friendly! Our little Niña had a great time. If we were to recommend one thing, it would be perhaps to invest in a microwave oven for the unit. But the unit is already fantastic enough as it is even without it. If given the chance, we would definitely love to be able to book this place again!

We had a great time staying at Joy’s place. Everything listed in the amenities and other items that we expected to have were all available: The infinity pool was great! You should not miss it. There’s a balcony with clothesline outside the unit, so you can dry your swimming wear there. Also what I liked about the place was that there’s an available flatiron and even a gallon of water, so we no longer needed to go down to buy. The food servings in Iloilo restaurants were more than enough for us so we had a lot of leftovers, and good thing there were utensils in the unit, so we were able to use it to reheat the food. TV and wifi connections were reliable; we didn’t experience any slowdown. Aircon was cool enough and also no issues encountered. Overall, we had a great time during our stay and we would love to recommend this to our friends and people we know.

His place is great at such a low amount! Definitely worth it and he’s very accommodating. Will surely recommend to others.

Everything was just perfect! The location was excellent, the WiFi was fast, and the living room was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a large, nice balcony. The clean swimming pool and 24-hour security added to the experience. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

Stayed at Ermie’s place for 4 days during my quick trip to Iloilo and felt right at home. Her place is equipped with the necessities and location is really great and accessible especially if you like walking around. Check-in and check-out process was smooth, the building staff were friendly and helpful too.

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s place! The unit is very spacious which we liked. The entire place was clean and tidy. We love that the beds are queen and king sizes. AC’s are working great in cooling the entire place. There is also heater in the shower. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with, plus she gave us cassava cake. :) Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!
