Our stay at the cabin was wonderful, feeling like home on a beautiful lake! The location was private and the cabin was clean and well-equipped for our family. Scott was a great host. Very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

This home was very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided for me. Melissa communicated with me when necessary. When I had a question, I could always text her and she had an alternate person that I could’ve contacted if necessary. I love staying at Melissa‘s home! This is the third year in a row that I’ve stayed and I like it more each year!

We came in winter and it was beautiful. They were responsive to our questions and helped us figure out how to get heat to the basement. Turned out great. Would highly recommend.

This home worked perfectly for us. The view of the frozen lake was enjoyable, especially with a cup of coffee in the morning. There were no problems walking the dog in the morning. My wife could walk along the paved road with no problems. The house was warm and enough bedrooms for our group of 6. The dining room table was large enough for everyone to sit down and have a nice breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a nice breakfast (scrambled eggs sausage, potatoes, toast and jelly). If we are up in the area we will definitely use this again.

My friends and I had purchased a different property for this weekend but the 1st night had plumbing issues so I needed to find a replacement house for the reminder of the nights and we found Kathryn's property. Her house spacious and very clean. The area was beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were never heard, except the caretaker, who came over the first house and introduced himself and gave fishing recommendations. We all had a very good time and will hopefully book with her next year when it bring my whole family.

This is our second time at this beautiful cabin. Brian and Sandra are great communicators and very responsive. They provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area and the cabin is immaculate. The kitchen has everything you need to grill or cook meals yourself. There is a lot of seating options inside and outside. We rented the pontoon and kayaks along with our stay and spent a lot of time on the lake. Sunset cruises were beautiful. There are a lot of unique personal touches within this cabin- you will love your stay here and we will be returning again. Brian and Sandra are really lovely people.

I had a great stay. I went solo and felt like it was enough room. I loved the back yard and the view of the lake. Our host was very responsive with any questions I had. But I would mention that the window in the bathroom does not have anything from keeping someone to look in. But besides that, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Beautiful cabin. Check in and out completed through attached resort main desk so very smooth. Only negative is the cabin is a little far from the pool area. We were traveling with a toddler so found it easier to drive for trips to and from the pool given it was during the fall and temps were cool. Would be a very easy and pleasant walk in the summer. Would definitely stay again.

This location was absolutely perfect for a weekend trip! Had a fantastic craft weekend with girls with plenty of spaces to get everyone together to cook, craft, watch a movie or do yoga! Space was very clean and close to food options, pool, and hot tub!

Love the house! Clean, cozy, perfect! Looking to book again next year. Beds, pillows and that couch….amazing! It was a quiet weekend there but enjoyed our time still at the restaurant/bar. Golf cart was a great add on. We kayaked and played pickle ball. We also went to Bayview a couple times. They really have everything you need. Thank you <3

First class all around. I have stayed here two times for fishing trips. The instructions and rules are very-simple. Doyle very easy to get a hold of for any of our needs.

Our stay at Sundance Ridge was amazing! From the time we walked in, we felt at home! Mark was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with! We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and sauna! Love having a fire pit which was perfect for a Fall late afternoon! Great location for an early brisk walk! The condo was very well equiped! I would give it 10 stars! Thank you!

These condos are fantastic! Some are brand-new, and Stuart put us in one of those. The amazing master bath shower and well-equipped, beautiful kitchen were highlights. The location made it easy to run to get bait or to go out for pizza at Zorbaz. Pontoon rental was convenient and waiting at the dock for us. For my elementary-aged boys, the indoor pool and hot tub were huge pluses. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely do it again in a heartbeat.

House was well kept. Location was perfect and the lake shore with the beach was great for the kids. Ladder on the diving platform broke and they were very responsive to fix it the following day.

Cozy spot to stay with friends! We loved drinking coffee and staring at the lake, playing games in the garage space, and using the sauna while it was chilly outside. Very private location!

The cabin was exactly what the wife and I were looking for. Quiet, clean and secluded. We loved the sun room and screened porch to avoid the bugs. The grill was a welcomed addition. We would definitely come back. Wonderful place. Also a great place for our dog. Very pet friendly and clean considering. 10/10

This was my third time staying at Maria's. My husband and I book it for the Ice Fishing Extravaganza and the place does not disappoint. We easily walk to nearby restaurants and can access the ice so easily. We love the space and how it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great. The pictures were accurate and the hosts were great. Relaxed while enjoying the cool breeze coming from the lake and also had some luck fishing (decently sized Crappie, some northern, and a large mouth bass). Lake was nice and quiet also.

We were totally happy with this cabin rental! Great convenient location to Cuyuna and Oktoberfest at Ruttgers lodge. Clean and comfortable! Just wish the fireplace worked, it was out of order while we were there, and we had a little trouble with tv at night. No problem, HTML cable saved the day! Recommended place to stay!

Perfect location to be just out of the way in the Brainerd Lakes area. Private, very nice house, plenty of yard space for dogs, tons of windows to take in the lake views. Still close to shopping and restaurants, but feels pretty private. We had a great stay with our family of 5 and 2 dogs. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb, winter, summer, and in between!
