Beach house vacation rentals in Milford on Sea

A truly luxurious peaceful weekend with good friends. Beautiful home, so comfortable- had everything we needed. Location is excellent for beach/es and walks. Comfortable beds, plenty of room: six of us did yoga in the hall! Hot tub was fun, plenty of outdoor chairs and tables and the BBQ was perfect for a meal on the Saturday eve. Host Louise was lovely. From the communication, to the quality of the accommodation & amenities to the welcoming touches with Prosecco & snacks, your thoughtfulness just made our holiday perfect!! The decor was bright, modern & beautiful; the house and furniture was spotless and the house had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. We were 9 people and a dog and there was ample room for everyone. We couldn’t be happier. The only issue is that since this was our first Airbnb adventure, we’ve now got our bar set too high 😊 Thanks once again for allowing us a fabulous few days in Bournemouth in your beautiful house.

Had a wonderful few days at this super house overlooking the sea. Spotless, well equipped and a cosy home from home. An excellent layout with the sitting room on the top floor with a superb sea view. Perfect location for the beach and other attractions. Helen has been a very friendly and helpful host. We loved our stay and we will be back. Thank you so much Helen and your family too.

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

We had a lovely 3 night stay as a family of 4 plus our dog and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the new forest and coast. The accommodation was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches, and finished to a high standard plus the view of the sea is a real bonus! Nicky was a great host

We had such an amazing stay at this place! Came with a group of friends and all our kids, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and even toys and games to keep the little ones happy. The outdoor area was a total bonus—great space for the kids to run around while the adults relaxed. The location was ideal too—peaceful but still close enough to park, caffe and pub. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything so easy. I’d recommend this spot to anyone—families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great property in a stunning location. A stones throw away from Mudeford beach which offered lovely walks & also the Noisy lobster restaurant which had nice evening meals & also breakfast from the cafe. The Maven pub is a 5 minute stroll to the quay. The house itself was very spacious with a nice garden, inside provided all that needed and very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others & will be looking to return in the future.

We had a lovely stay over Easter. The house had all the space we needed as a family of 6; good size bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, good storage. Beds were comfy, kitchen spacious and well equipped, very clean. We took two cars and had no issue fitting our larger car in the provided car space for the house, and using street parking for the other car. There are a lot of stairs, but plenty of stair gates to keep the toddler contained, and meant stunning views out to sea to watch the boats.

Perfect location for our family stay. The site and amenities were fab, right on the beach with gorgeous coastal walk. Super location to get around and explore the island as there is so much to do. Caravan was homely, clean and very reasonably priced. Caron was an exceptional host, very responsive and super kind leaving Easter eggs and mascots for the kids. It was perfect and we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely few days here. The accommodation was ideal for our family of 4 and our little dog. Located very close to the beautiful local beach and easy reach of excellent restaurants and cafes. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. We had a great holiday!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Stayed at Helen's holiday home near the sea for a week - I could have stayed longer! Perfect location, both in terms of the New Forest (walkable distance to the beach/sea and not far from other local attractions) and location in the caravan park itself (two minutes one way is a good sized playground my five year old happily made lots of use of, two minutes the other way you are at reception, pool (again, used plenty), restaurant, etc). The home was plenty big enough for the three of us, its comfortable, has everything you might need (sharp knives in the kitchen - unheard of in a rental!) and a spacious deck out front (we didn't unfortunately make use of the deck as although sunny our stay was early in the season so quite windy). Helen was really helpful before our stay and was quick enough to answer any questions I had. I would happily recommend Helen's home (and the site as a whole) and am hoping she will allow us to come stay again sometime.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nina’s house in Southbourne, and we can't recommend it enough! The house itself was fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our large group. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities at the house, which added to our overall experience. Whether it was soaking in the hot tub or cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, everything was just right for our getaway. Nina, our host, was exceptional. She was responsive, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Overall, this was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Nina, for being such a wonderful host!

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

Our extended family had a super time together at Richard's gorgeous house. It's a really characterful place and such a versatile space for a big group. Richard really has thought of everything; from the plentiful beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen. A first class rental.

Woodlands is absolutely outstanding!! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The house is STUNNING. Beautifully furnished, 6 gorgeous big double rooms, incredible kitchen living space with every gadget/crockery/cutlery you could need. They had left some super thoughtful welcome gifts and there’s loads of herbs and spices which makes the world of difference if you’re cooking every day like we did. Everything is state of the art and top quality from the heating system to the spacious bathrooms. And there’s an abundance of everything - toiletries, towels, bath mats, hair dryers. There’s a lovely garden with a summer house with a football table which the kids loved. Annie and her lovely father were welcoming and responsive. The area is stunning, right by the beach with a wonderful restaurant on the doorstep. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We will be back!! Thank you Annie!

We were four couples wanting a restful weekend away by the sea and this property was absolutely ideal. The quality of the property was excellent and we all felt very much at home. The facilities were of very high quality and very clean and tidy. Access to the beach was perfect with lovely walks within easy reach. We would definitely return.

We had a family holiday here with nine adults and a baby, and had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful and huge, and had loads of space for all of us. The hot tub and swimspa were both big hits and it was a real treat every day. The location is fantastic and is really close to the beach, and a half hour walk or so along the coast path to Bournemouth. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an extended family holiday in the area.

Kate was a fantastc host from start to finish. She responded quickly to any questions asked and sent clear instructions regarding access to the property prior to our visit. She was also very quick to respond when we contacted her about something we were unable to locate upon arrival. This was sorted quickly and efficiently. The property was incredibly well equiped and very comfortable and spacious. It was also lovely and peaceful with a view of the sea. We were a family group of 8 our ages ranging from 7 months to mid 60's. This property worked well for all of us and we had the most amazing stay there. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would like to thank Kate and her team for making sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home on the Isle of Wight. The house is very new and in a great location — just a short walk to the beach! We stayed as a family with kids and our dog, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were tidy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The heating and WiFi worked perfectly. We’d definitely love to come back again next time!

We had a great stay at Daniela's place, great location for the beach and both Shanklin and Sandown. Daniela was very responsive with the queries we had and the house was great, the garden is a sun trap. Would recommend it.
