Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mile End

Tom and Petra’s home is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The space is incredibly generous, with massive rooms, super comfy beds, and a spacious living and dining area—perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. We especially loved the interactive speaker system and, of course, the amazing pool! It’s an ideal stay for a large group, and having the option of a third bathroom in the Pilates studio was a fantastic bonus. Tom and Petra were wonderful hosts—communicative, helpful, and always responsive. The only thing to note for future guests is that while there isn’t a sofa lounge for a 7th guest, there is a spare mattress available. That said, this place is a solid 10/10, and we’d absolutely stay again!

Thankyou to Krissy for letting us stay at her place. This was a perfect location for us being 15mins from where my daughter was dancing at the convention center. We were 20 to 30 mins from the beach and other tourist things. Krissy was very responsive to messages, i apologies as i was alittle slack as was so busy running round after my daughter. It had a lovely back yard where my 1yr old could run around and play. A house was the perfect form of accommodation for us with 4 kids and 2 adults needing space from one another. Highly recommend for a family or a couple. Thankyou again.

I would highly recommend Warren’s place for either short term or long term stays. The home itself is spacious and fully equipped. I especially enjoyed the outside area with a bbq. The location is excellent, being halfway between the CBD and the beach and there is a plaza with a variety of shops within a 15 minute walk. There is also a tram line and a train station nearby. Warren is very easy to deal with and responds fairly promptly (within a couple of hours if not immediately) to questions or requests. He also took the time to check in with me occasionally during my 6 week stay to make sure that I had everything I needed. This is one of the best stays that I have experienced in my 10 years of visiting the Adelaide area, and I am looking forward to booking with Warren again in the near future.

Jenny’s place was wonderful with impeccable attention to details. The lovely outdoor space really adds to the serenity of the place. We look forward to coming back again already!

We had the best stay at Tilly’s cottage!! The home is stunning and the beds were so comfortable. The backyard was gorgeous and we loved having dinner outside at night. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to spend there!!!!

Jessica was a great host. She answered every inquiry I had. We found her place to be so conveniently located to shops and the CBD. It allowed 8 people to live comfortably together. The pool was clean and offered great relief from the Adelaide summer. We loved being able to easily play family board games and share meals around both large tables inside and out. The carport adequately provided safe off street parking for 2 cars. Thank you Jess for allowing us to stay in your home. I would recommend this accommodation for any large group looking for a home away from home.

8 of us stayed here including a baby and a 4 year old. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Possibly the addition of another settee in the living area would be good. There’s lots of space in the living area which flows nicely to the outdoor kitchen and garden. The kitchen is well stocked with pans crockery and utensils and there’s a pantry with all sorts of useful condiments etc. There’s tea and coffee sachets too. Another huge plus for us was the washing drying and ironing facilities which were great. A 20 minute pleasant walk takes you to Grange jetty where there’s a hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. There’s also the Grange cafe where we ate one night and was really nice. All in all a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend!

We are repeat visitors and feel right at home as soon as we arrive back. Such a comfortable apartment, with everything you need and more, a real home from home. Perfect location, lovely garden and verandah, very quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute stroll to Jetty Road and the tram and a bus stop close by. Vivienne is such a kind, friendly and super helpful host. Once again, thank you Vivienne for our stay.

It's a well equipped and compact modern apartment with private balcony in the heart of the city. It's two blocks from the Central Market and China town. It's a short walk to the free hop on hop off bus around the city. The city is surrounded by park land so you are never far from nature. Wine tasting tours are a 7 min walk away. Airport is about 10 minutes away. Bed was super comfy and the overhead fan was awsome. Definitely recommend!

Loved the flat and location, however there is scope for some minor improvements in the kitchen dept. It would be very useful to have two keys, as it means only one person can go out on their own which is restrictive. However overall I would stay again if these small improvements were made.

We had a delightful few days here. It’s a small one bedroom apartment but very well set up and close to beach. The spacious deck facing east and overlooking Colley Reserve was a favorite spot to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Because we faced away from the beach we avoided the hot westerly sun and the gusty winds - an unexpected bonus. It was also surprisingly quiet at night when we needed to sleep. Highly recommended.

This is our 5th visit to Tracy’s place. Never disappoints which is why we keep coming back and will continue to do so.

I have to say that, it was easily the best place I have ever stayed at. I absolutely felt right at home, it was super clean & tidy, so peaceful.

Great place and a fantastic host. We stayed for seven nights while attending a competition nearby. Great location and well stocked kitchen with basic goods made it an easy place to settle into. I had a fantastic stay at Deborah’s one-bedroom house in the heart of North Adelaide. The location is perfect—just steps from Melbourne Street, with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The house itself is secure, beautifully presented, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Deborah was a great host, ensuring everything was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and stylish place to stay in Adelaide!

Deb’s place was pristine, spacious and walkable to many places (botanic gardens, bus/tram stops, grocery stores, outdoor mall and restaurants). It was great to check in to fresh bread, some food and wine. Laundry is on the rooftop and each costs $4, but machines are large. Communication with Deb was seamless. Great stay overall.

The location is excellent, surroundings beautiful and peaceful. Definitely felt like a getaway and proper holiday. Also, I was very impressed with the quality of service we received while staying at Natalie’s condo. Communication was timely and there was attention to detail making sure everything was well stocked. I would highly recommmend a stay!!

Leteesha was extremely helpful and answered pretty much straight away if we had any questions. The area is beautiful, overlooking a park for that peacefulness but a few minutes walk and you’re in the heart of Adelaide. Really really great! Made my wife and Is first trip there amazing
