Great place, great host/hostess. Very good and quick communication with Pedro. Thank you for that. He replies in seconds or in just few seconds. Very presice and detailed instructions with photos were given. Check-in was easy. Very clean and cozy house with lots of space and functional kitchen. Car parking in front of the place. It was very convenient. Definitely theone of the best places we have been. We recommend.

Perfect family home for our stay. Had everything we needed for us both and our 2 children. Travel cot, bed guard, clean towels, spotlessly clean place. Will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Mariël and Radjin are wonderful hosts. Very nice reception, clear in communication and very helpful. Casa Cuco was exactly as described. Quiet but centrally located, close to the city center, playa del Cura, playa los locos and the habaneras. The house was sparkling clean. Very competitively priced for this quality. We will definitely book with Mariël and Radjin again!

Steven's treatment was great, he welcomed us with the house fresh and very kindly, he picked us up at the door of the development and guided us to the house. All communications with him were quick and friendly. The house is great, clean and tidy. The air conditioning is greatly appreciated because in summer it is a very hot area. One of the rooms does not have air conditioning and that if I think it would be necessary to add, because it gets very hot, even with the ceiling fan and plug-in. On the other hand, the iron it has is a British plug plug and cannot be used on the ones in the house.

Great place right next to a plaza and near the beach. Petite apartment, but fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Felt very safe and comfortable.

Nice apartment and lovely view from the balcony. A few minutes drive to the clubhouse. Perfect place to stay at if you’re going to play golf at Las Colinas. Christian as a host is very friendly and I would book with him again without hesitation.

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. Missed some household items like whisk, size, can opener. Bowls to whip in, garlic press. Up on the terrace was lacking bright at night. There were only small low sun loungers that are not suitable for older people. Desirable with comfortable sunbeds and more cushions for the outdoor furniture. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and nice host

This apartment stands out from the others due to the large terrace above the apartment. It offers a great area for sunbathing and socialising outside. The car parking space is near the lift which is next to the apartment, but you don’t hear it, which is a bonus. The apartment itself as a slightly larger bathroom than others which is benefits from a bigger worktop and sink area. Sofa is lush and very comfortable, doubling up as a bed. And dining area is perfect.

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

Great stay. Space met expectations. We experienced communication with host Nick as very pleasant. 1 tip: don't leave anything outside unattended because a lot is stolen in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were the victim of this. Again, as in so many places, unfortunately there is a lot of speckling around that have provided it on your belongings.

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

The description is accurate, it is a safe and quiet place, good pool, solarium and tables to eat outside. The hosts are available at any time and very nice, a 10 for them. We were a month and we counted on cooking and barbecues but in the end we almost didn't use the kitchen as it was full of grease everywhere. The BBQ we declined to use it because I also needed a cleaning. a shame because it has everything you could possibly need. Very happy but it spoils the cleanliness a little. I would need to renovate linens Otherwise fine. For long stays maybe a smart TV was appreciated

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Amelia’s place is perfect! Quiet, clean and had everything needed to enjoy a stay. Everyone around was extremely friendly, no issues whatsoever. Amelia is incredibly proactive with communication and was on hand for recommendations and happy to help at any time. Absolutely amazing host and ideal place to stay!
