I stayed for one night, since I had something nearby in the early morning. The condo is great, and as advertized - a high-floor condo in the heart of midtown. Super-clean, location basically on Yonge-Eglinton, and more spacious than in the pictures. Very comfortable and well-equipped. The check-in was easy and clear, and Fabrina was very kind and considerate in allowing a late check-out, which I appreciated a lot. She also communicated perfectly and kindly. I'm personally not a huge fan of high-floor condos with wind and a view overlooking other similar condos. But it's definitely a common style in this area of Toronto, and out on the balcony you do have a view to downtown and the CN tower. And the condo itself is really comfortable inside.

Cozy little nook in the heart of Toronto ! Amy is a great host, very accommodating to an early check in and check out. I loved my stay, everything was spotless. Condo is cute and smartly decorated, setting a relaxing ambiance. Downstairs there’s a nail salon, dry cleaner & a grocery store. Condo is literally walking distance to everything you could possibly want.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host provided clear, detailed instructions which made check-in super easy, and communication was always prompt and helpful. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into making this space welcoming. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free everything was. Was worried about check in as arriving at night . The check in desk were welcoming . The apartment is a haven off the busy streets of Toronto . A great space especially if you only use two bedrooms . The kitchen has everything you need to be able to self catering - lots of china and glasses. ( bottle openers and oven gloves ) The bathrooms are clean with amble towels . The washing machine and dryer an added bonus with a great freshen up cycle . It became our home from home . Thank you

Alexander’s place is a nice Condo in a well kept, secure building a short distance from Billy Bishop airport and located in the middle of everything. It was easy walking to restaurants, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre CN Tower, HHOF and plenty of pubs and clubs and restaurants. We were three brother-in-law‘s in town for a hockey game between the Leafs and the Habs and having a two bedroom condo located where this one is was absolutely perfect for our needs. The host Alexander was great, very responsive to any questions!

Pros: Clean, pretty good location if you have a car or taking public transportation etc, there are fast food eateries and a convenient shoes steps away… Cons: If you plan on walking make sure you have on comfortable shoes, to get to the nightlife it’s about a 20min walk. The apartment is on the High floor so at times there was about a 3-5mins wait time for elevator. My family and I had a renter so we were accommodated with parking in an assign space, however the neighbor wasn’t too happy about us parking next to her car and appeared to not be sure if the unit was an AIRBNB, spaces are small but ample amount of space so BE WARE OF THE UNHAPPY NEIGHBOR when parking. She was nicely upset however lol 😆

We had an awesome time at Kelly’s place! The apartment had a gorgeous view, & the location was perfect for walking around Toronto. Kelly was such a helpful & responsive host and made our stay really special by adding thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Another great feature of the apartment?—Fantastic hot water & water pressure (which is a must for me!! 😊). We would definitely stay here again!
