Vacation rentals with a pool in Middletown Township

The home is so cozy and clean, offers you very good privacy in the backyard. Everything keeps in a very good condition. The location is very convenient. It’s not the kind of typical investment Airbnb house you can find anywhere. It’s a sweet home you will have the warmth feeling from heart that you will forget this is an Airbnb. Definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! Great location with easy access to the ferry and great restaurants within the Staten Island area. We recommend anyone to stay with the Carlos family! We are very grateful our fur babies could join us in NY for the trip. Thanks again!

Amazing host, very communicative throughout the whole stay. House was beautiful and clean when we entered, smelled amazing! Like a 5 star hotel. Cleaning and spa instructions were very simple. Best amenities for an Airbnb also, cannot beat a deal like this. I would definitely re book for the summer time. Friends and family absolutely loved the experience! Thank you!! :)

We all enjoyed our stay here. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. it is beautifully decorated and kept in pristine condition. Definitely a great place to spend time with friends and family.

We travel a lot and LIGHT, mostly because we travel with the kids, so we look for places that offer full service amenities and leave us needing absolutely nothing but food when we arrive. Alex's property is another gem that we will rent again. WE NEEDED NOTHING, the space was spotless, DID NOT SMELL LIKE FABREEZE was sprayed on everything. This is a big one for us because more and more we run into Fabreezed Airbnb's and it's awful to have to live in and you smell like a bathroom when you leave the house. Don't pass up this property if it's available. BOOK IT.

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

Sonia was very easy to reach with any questions and we really felt at home in the condo. As mentioned earlier, the condo was extremely clean which made us very comfy. Cute little condo and was easy to walk to multiple nearby locations.

Denise's place was very clean and spacious. Loved that every bedroom had its own roku TV. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend her place if visiting the area.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Danielle’s place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Everything is very accessible, whether it was in walking or driving distance. Seaside is so quiet during the fall season it was very relaxing. I loved her space, the beach decor made me feel right at home. I highly recommend checking out her condo. The balcony connected to the bedroom was amazing as well, loved the lights.

Nice, clean, simple place.

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

Michael's place was perfect for our weekend trip to a swim meet in Ocean County. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk and beach. I enjoyed several sunrise walks to the beach and a jog on the boardwalk. In the evenings my son and I made dinner in the kitchen and then sat on the couch and watched movies. Michael is a friendly, responsive, and flexible superhost. We definitely could not have found a better value for our money in the area. 10 stars!
