Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Middletown Township

My friends and I were looking for an Airbnb after a terrible experience with a previous property that was poorly maintained. We were fortunate to find a new place the next day, and Gershon responded within minutes. Upon our arrival, he provided simple instructions, making it easy to access the property. We were all impressed by how clean the unit was; it smelled wonderful. Every room, including the bathrooms, was spotless. Gershon checked in on us every day and asked if we needed anything, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable. Although he wasn’t aware of our earlier Airbnb experience, he made us feel welcome and attended to our requests. Additionally, he was extremely helpful, allowing us to store our luggage in the unit until it was time for us to leave. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

This house in Point Lookout was lovely. Only steps away from the beach. Provided all the extras - bikes, chairs… Dan was a great host. We’ll definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Mr. Robert was incredibly helpful and responsive. He met my in-laws upon their arrival and personally showed them around the house. It was roomy and comfortable space for the whole family, including our young kids.

Second time staying for a week in November. Great location, cozy home, walk to beach. Pretty ideal.

Dongmei was easy to communicate with. She replied within 15 mins. The place was very convenient to the boardwalk and beach.

We had a fantastic time! The space was phenomenal for families and events. We visited during Thanksgiving week, and the photos were accurate; the place actually felt larger than advertised. A lot of board games were there already, including a pack and play for infants. Theo was very responsive to our needs. We would love to visit the house again, possibly in the summertime.

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

I would definitely be renting back devora's unit. very very awesome host and very pleased with my stay. I recommend one hundred percent this rental to anyone who wants to stay in Brooklyn and want to have the new York experience!!! place was spotless clean and everything was on point

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

This beautiful place is very nice, warm and feel like home, everything is very clean organized and beds feel like 5 start hotels, This place is perfect with two nice bedrooms and 2 update bathrooms, we didn’t not miss home, during this trip, thanks to this nice place Transportation was not a issue, everything very convenient Also I call them to ask for some information and they were very pleasant and helpful I definitely will book this place again On my next adventure in New York Thanks

This was a nice place for a night stay, apartment is comfortable and cozy. The only downside was that there isn’t any parking, we had to park around several corners.

Dev and Jackie's place is exactly the same as pictures. We really enjoyed our 1-week stay at Dev and Jackie's place, and their place was just perfect for our family. We left one of our backpacks at their place, but Dev shipped it to us right away. Thank you Dev and Jackie! :)

The hosts were super flexible and welcoming! It was a crazy busy weekend around the area so I was so lucky to find this gem! Lovely spot, close to the beach and they provide so much to make your stay easy! Will definitely be back! Thank you !!!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Off season trip so it was very peaceful. Jen was an excellent host and was very accommodating. I appreciate her greatly for the stay. Exactly what I needed for this trip. Very easy walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, and lots of attractions (in season). I'm sure that would negate the parking puzzle. I spent hours studying that and could never arrive at a clear conclusion for the three poor souls that park in line in front of the doors. Being alone at the property it never affected me. Still, no negative thoughts. This place was a gem.

We have family in the area so we stayed for the weekend at Roger’s bayside condo, it was updated, clean, modern and super cozy! Even better, had great views and a great location just over the bridge. It also had everything we needed. Note: the master is a loft (open without walls) but this worked perfectly for us since we were family staying together and didn’t need extra privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again, I felt it was the best value for the area!

Our stay in west orange was wonderful. The air b n b was so clean and extremely well equipped. There was an abundance of supplies and it had everything we needed Christian was so easy to communicate with and just wanted to make sure that we were so comfortable. This air Bnb is the fantastic!! James is such a great and responsive host and his place is super cozy, cute, and stylish. Just a few minutes walk to the university and Nassau St. The parking and dedicated back porch, comfortable, modern furniture, and being dog friendly, are huge bonuses. Noise from upstairs is sometimes bothersome but the pros far outweigh at this lovely, well-situated 1BR. Thank you, James!!
