We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

our second visit and it was just as perfect as the first one. beautiful surroundings and beautiful modern clean lodge with everything you need. we brought ffurnds from nottingham to stay with us. Donna was a great host. very friendly and cannot do enough to help with anything. we arrived a little early and were prepared to sit in the car and wait but called Donna to double check which lodge we were in and she said it was all prepared and coukd go and settle in there and then. she wasnt on site as we were early but she sent someone straight over to check everything was ok and that the hot tub was ready to go which it was.. we cannot wait to revisit. its like a relaxed home from home . thanks again Donna for your fantastic hospitality. tim and Claire

A beautiful cottage in a great location! The hosts have done a wonderful job with the house, and it shows even in the smallest of details, from dog treats through to a guest book full of recommendations on the what to do in the area, including dog walk suggestions. We loved our stay!

We were very last minute in booking our stay with Debbie! She was a fantastic host and the place was exactly as described. Fantastic views over the back fence and every cooking utensil you could require. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay over the Easter weekend! The house was spacious, well equipped, and had all the comforts needed for a sociable family night in. The bedrooms were all comfortable and we had two great nights’ sleep, and the en-suite plus main bathroom was a real bonus given there were 6 adults. We used the property as a base for exploring the local area, visiting Helmsley and Kirbymoorside and Rosedale Abbey over the weekend, and it was a perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. Helen’s instructions were clear and she was proactive and always on hand to answer any questions. Overall a great stay, and we’d definitely book again and recommend!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Pete’s cabin. It was lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing. Pete was always on hand to help re heat the hot tub. The fresh eggs from the hens were a great addition and were very tasty! Overall it was an amazing stay and would highly recommend Pete’s cabin to anyone wanting a lovely peaceful get away!

A great location and base to explore the North Yorkshire Moors. The property itself was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The small items left to welcome us to the house were very nice as well. Overall, thoroughly recommended.
