Bay Tree Cottage has the most beautiful views from the master suite! Perfect location to the Cod and Lobster for great food. You could hear a pin drop at night it is so peaceful. Perfect property and perfect location, the photos do not do the cottage justice - absolute gem of a property. Highly recommend

had a beautiful weekend at this private cottage! could really see the thought that went into this listing- the hot tub being heated ready, robes being available for guests after the hottub, dog treats/bowls being left. The cottage was decorated lovely, the photos don't do this place justice. Tom was very responsive the whole time and was very accommodating allowing us to check out slightly later due to us getting picked up at 12 and the cottage not being booked that evening. will definitely stay again, hopefully in the summer when we can make better use of the beautifully finished outdoor area.

Lynn and Eddie were the perfect hosts. A perfect cottage, with everything required, in a great location, made for a perfect weekend. Additionally, having unknowingly left something behind, Eddie made contact to let us know and it was no trouble for it to be returned to us in the post. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay. Gaynor was an amazing host with great communication. I had made a misjudgement on my travel but Gaynor was flexible on check in. It was our first little holiday with our 8 month old and a travel cot was provided. Danby is a beautiful village. The bakery is literally on the doorstop and amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. Beautifully decorated, clean and got parked right outside. The place is also in a great location to access the bars and restaurants in the village and also different walking paths in the area. Just a heads up to bring amenities like shower gel etc as we didn’t and could have used some.

Perfect host! Had such a lovely stay. Beautiful cottage in a perfect location. Very helpful information from Caryn who was responsive when I needed further information. The cottage had everything we needed during our stay and was spotlessly clean. Would certainly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Place we stayed was great only issue was there was a lack of contents in the cupboards resulting in us having to got to out and get supplies like milk, shower gel and shampoo from a corner shop which I would assume came with the price attached to the property. So in general I feel that it lacked basic facilities that you would expect for the price

Deborah's cottage exceeded all expectations, it was simply beautiful. It had everything we expected and much more. There is a lovely walk direct from the rear door, through the private garden and straight into the open countryside. Overall, our visit was peaceful, cosy, warm and homely. I would definitely recommend Deborah's cottage for anyone looking to escape the hectic demands of life, and simply sit by the wood burner, kick your feet up, read a book or watch a movie in peace. Would love to come back sometime. Howard
