Vacation rentals in Middle Park

The apartment is large and split in different levels: one for the bedrooms, one for the common areas and one for the laundry room. The bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated and you will find everything you need, even the myki pass for the tram! It's located on a busy street which is bound to be noisy but also convenient because it's close to the tram, restaurants, supermarket and beach. The only downside was the work being done on the facade and scaffolds, which I imagine is temporary. On the plus side there is a swimming pool.

Spotless nice apartment in front of of Southern cross station. Really enjoyed the comunal areas (gym, pool, sauna). The included parking spot was very handy. Communication from Vincent was awesome, great directions and greeting from the beginning. Thanks you, I’ll be back.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

This location could not be better, but inside you feel completely separate from the busy street outside. It was a perfect respite from the heat and felt like a complete oasis during our fabulous stay in fitzroy with beautiful linens and very comfortable bed. Incredibly responsive host as well!

Very happy with the place, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were good and living room was nice and roomy. Great area arouns the bbq as well for people to hang out and was very dog friendly with a small front yard that had a fence around it.

We had a great stay at this location, Ali was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any question or request we had. The house itself was very nice, good air conditioning and very spacious. Location was brilliant and walkable to restaurants and pubs. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location. Thanks again Ali

We love this place for the stay of our extended family. It’s spacious especially the living and dining for six of us. The place is full of usual home alike amenities which are very useful for our stay of eight nights. Location is the most important for us. It’s 3 mins walk to 109 tram, 5 mins car ride to south Melbourne market , 10 mins drive to st kilda beach and walk around the corner to Bay St where you can find everything from Coles, bank, bakeries to good dining options, that family members can always do something individually. Downside of convenience location is loud noise from occasional crazy motorbikes at night. Overall, it’s a very good stay for us! Thanks host !

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.
